We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices.
A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops.

This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation.
The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient!
We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!

TTamuStayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.

AAmazing CathThank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was well maintained. The staff and security guards were genuinely accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, but it’s important to be realistic: this is budget accommodation. If you’re expecting luxury finishes and fancy amenities, this is not the place for you. However, for the price, what they offer is fair and completely justifiable.
There’s no in-room Wi-Fi and mobile data is weak, but a Wi-Fi vending machine is available downstairs. A 24/7 convenience store is conveniently located right by the reception. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there’s a designated area just outside the gate with a trash can for cigarette butts. please be mindful and keep the area clean.
Another plus is the alley leading to the beach, which has local karinderyas and souvenir shops 😍 very convenient and gives a nice local vibe. If you’re coming from the port, simply tell the driver the hotel’s name and they’ll know exactly where to take you.
Overall, this hotel is clean, affordable, well-located, and staffed by helpful people. If you’re traveling on a budget and value cleanliness, convenience, and honest pricing, this place is a solid choice.

The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing.

Malinis din yung kwarto namin and CR ❤️ Mabait din kausap sina Ate Janine, our receptionist and we understand na hndi pwede mag early check in and may additional na 200 per hour for that. We totally respect it. Nonetheless, sobrang linis ng place and very accomodating naman sila pagdating mo sa place! Will definitely go back! May hot and cold shower din plus netflix so you can watch your favorite series during the night! Will rate it 9/10! 💋🌴✨️

TTamuHere we are again—another review, another set of points. But honestly, Sta. Rosa Inn made it easy. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t pretend to be a five-star resort, but still gives you a five-star nap. Clean room? Check. Chill vibes? Check. Staff who are so nice it makes you suspicious they’re secretly angels? Double check. It’s a solid pick if you’re in Iloilo and just need a cozy, no-drama place to crash. Bonus: didn’t get *******. 10/10.
