## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. 👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

Bravo to the lady who was cleaning my room. She cannot speak English at all but made a huge effort to ensure she communicates in English using translation software. She is very intelligent and offered great service. The location is great. Very beautiful near the river. Near Marco Polo and Italian street. And the room is great value for money. You can see the sunrise and beautiful view of the city through the bedroom window.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. They always greet to everyone when the people come in and out of hotels. They helped us a lot,especially when we arrived in mid night a couple of times. They explained and replied the questions with their patience and knowledge. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to go anywhere. We really enjoyed staying here.

Hotel service is great only if you found the right staff when you needed help , a guy on the front desk was willing to go extra mile to help with my needs which includes heat not working. but at the same time, the other girl would just sent me a portable heat and got this over with. room was clean, big and comfortable except I could smell cigarette smoking all the time either from central air or outside of my room. People here tend to smoke everywhere including elevators and bathroom which really bothers me. Then the chef in the kitchen used his hand with working gloves (not the vinyl one, but the cotton one) to scoop wonton from another bowl to me. The hygiene there was not so good. The laundry machine and dryer were a great plus but we need to share 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers with some staff there too which was kind of strange. I wouldnt stay there again because I need to turn off the heat at night when i smelled cigarettes which is a deal bummer for me.

If you want to find a place to relax, hang out with three or two friends, and take a bath, I think this homestay is definitely your best choice. I saw it on Ctrip, and it was rated 5 points. Then I tried to contact the store lady. I didn't expect the way the lady communicated with me was very comfortable, like old friends who hadn't seen each other for many years, joking with each other, and helped us upgrade the room with a hot spring for free. We didn't bring swimsuits, so she helped us contact several friends and asked where to buy swimsuits in this season. It was very considerate. This was before I checked in, I felt the warmth. After arriving at the store, the white walls set off by the warm light in the evening made people feel a little surprised. The store lady had already put water in advance for us, and the heating in the room had been turned on. It was really thoughtful and considerate. The style of the whole homestay is what I like, petty bourgeoisie and smart, the basic facilities in the room are smart, and the two lazy sofas on the pedals in the room are also my favorite areas, and the makeup mirror in the bathroom is also warm light. By the way, especially the wash and care set, it is very useful, and conditioner is also prepared. I like this point too. The bed is very comfortable. I travel a lot on business trips and have high requirements for beds. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are not that high, just right. The hot spring is very clean, and the small courtyard is also very clean. It doesn't make people feel that they are fooling around. Now many pictures on the B&B APP are almost just for looking at, and I didn't expect it to be so amazing. Having said so much, I have to talk about breakfast, which is carefully prepared for us. They wake you up only after it is ready, which is also very attentive. I believe they are taking care of every guest. What makes me most satisfied is that our requirements are solved to the greatest extent. If you want to drink coffee, they hand-grind coffee for us and bring it to our table. It's a very comfortable relationship. A very tolerant store. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Sitting in the yard in the morning, drinking coffee, and looking at the distant mountains will make us forget the bad things in real life for a short time. I think this is the meaning of vacation, coming to a comfortable place, relaxing yourself, enjoying a moment of tranquility, and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. The mountains in early spring also have a unique scenery, which makes people linger and have a rare experience. This made our vacation truly relaxing.

The accommodation was clean and cleaned every day. It’s very well located for transport. Restaurants, shops, cafes are also in the immediate vicinity, very convenient. I usually stay at Lavande when I travel. This time I came to the General Hospital for medical treatment. The Lavande on Wudadao is really good, clean, bright, and I stayed there for two nights. The front desk staff on both shifts were very nice and sincere. I was already anxious to come out for medical treatment, and the satisfactory accommodation made us feel much more relaxed! I just didn't feel like taking pictures.
