Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot!
No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too)
Places are a little far away but buggy service was available.
Cons:
being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel
We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback.
In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes.
Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning
Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..
Very impressed. The atmosphere is the best. Even if traveling a little far Including walking from the lobby to the accommodation or to the large swimming pool, it may be tiring. But very worth it The rooms are the most beautiful, the facilities are complete, the restaurant is good.
The service is really very good. The price may be high but with the environment it's worth it. The staff's speech is top notch. Really very cute. Next time, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back again. I really like it here T T
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just off the main road, making it easy to access the highway and explore the area. The decor is beautifully done in traditional Thai style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience, where we had the chance to make our own Thai coconut pancakes, ”Khanom Krok.” In the evenings, there’s a movie screening in the front garden, which was a great way to relax and enjoy a Thai film under the stars. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable stay.
Well if you want to a day and night experience europian sorrounding without leaving thailand, then jt is highly recommended to check in at u khao yai. From the very gates of the resort, walking and hallway area until your very room delivers a breathtaking western style. Halls, walls desk and cabinets decorated uniquely on style. Foods at the morning were combination of thai and wertern style
The location is remote and it is not convenient to have breakfast. The hotel lobby is far away from the location. Calling a golf cart has to wait a long time. Hotel service is not good
Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though.
The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast.
Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.
Booked this hotel based on good reviews especially many mentioned good breakfast. We didn't like it. Most food are cold. Eggs are all pre cooked. Pork and chicken congee no heat up. Also tables are not clean fast.
Room toilet is not clean. There are mould and stain. Room is average. For TV, no English movies. Only thai local programmes. Very boring as we wanted to chill in the room watch movies. Water bottles is free for 2 bottles. Additional bottle will be charged 20B.
We didn't enjoy the stay much. Will we come back again? No. There are other better resorts. Overall I'm not impressed with this hotel.
There's a EV charger in the hotel.
The room is spacious. Beautiful surrounding area of the hotel and, also the food were delicious 😋

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Piano Resort, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property has undergone a recent renovation, resulting in a modern and inviting atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.
The highlight of my stay was the stunning scenery during the rainy season. The combination of fog and humidity created a magical ambiance, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large swimming pool was a welcome addition, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.
For those who need to stay productive while traveling, the on-site cafe was a convenient and comfortable place to work. Overall, The Piano Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
