To get to the hotel, go through the pedestrian deck from the west exit of Sendai Station and head towards PARCO2. If PARCO2 is open, just enter and take the escalator in the center of the front to the first floor. Exit from the Asaichi Exit at the back on the left and go straight to the left. When you see a 7-Eleven on your right, go straight and you will find it on your right. If you arrive early in the morning or at night when PARCO2 is closed, go left and you will find the elevator in front of EBeans in the building next door. You can get any amenities you want in front of the lobby. There are slippers in the room, but if you want disposable ones, you can get them here. There are also tea powder sticks and cotton swabs. The room key is a plug-in type, so you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out. The bathtub in the bathroom is small, so it may be a bit tight for men or large people. There was POLA shampoo and hand soap. There was also a power outlet on the bed, which was convenient. I booked a room only, but since it has a good reputation, I paid 1,100 yen at the front desk on the day and used breakfast. It was very good that I could grill beef tongue curry and triangle fried tofu. As mentioned in the reviews, the hotel had an oily smell in the middle of the night, which was a negative point, but overall I thought it was a good hotel, including the price. There is a smoking area, coin laundry, and microwave at the back of the front desk on the first floor. It varies on each floor, but on the floor where I stayed there was an ice maker, Coca-Cola vending machine, and trouser press in front of the elevator. It's a reasonably priced business hotel, so I got the impression that there were a lot of male guests.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you! Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc 😅 Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

The staff were quite attentive to the requests that we were asked to do so at the front desk such as receiving our luggage in our stead when it was delivered and there were many kinds of amenities to the personal choice of the guests.

It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Good distance from Sendai Station, Clean hotel, Limited choice of amenities. Overall is good for the price.

The hotel of JAL has very good service and is very comfortable! It is next to Sendai Station and is very convenient to go anywhere. I recommend the beef tongue of Rikyu Nishiguchi Main Store, which is not far from it! It is really delicious~

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

For others hotel, you can see the hotel name at the top of the building and find them easily, this hotel you have to walk with gg map. The staff were not at the lobby when we checked out. And they have no luggage deposit service. There was a sign saying you can leave the luggages at the lobby but they are not responsible of it. (meaning, you can leave it, but if it’s lost, not our business)

The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. The hotel room is large and the scenery is beautiful. The restaurant has a beautiful environment and good food. The hotel is located on the mountain. You need to take the hotel bus to go shopping, which is a little inconvenient. The hotel hot spring is a weak point.

Massage is not recommended. The sofa area on the third floor overlooks Matsushima and offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Very relaxing area. 40 minutes of free karaoke can be reserved before 8 pm, and there are Chinese songs to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to the glass pavilion next to it, and you can visit it for free with your room card. Bicycle rental is free. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. Dinner is a buffet of 11,000 yen per person including tax. There are also many choices of drinks and wines. The oyster rice and chestnut cake are especially recommended for dinner. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. The hotel provides free bus transfers between Songdo Station and Songdo Coast Station.
