On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful. Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea. The lift worked well. The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared. Right in the city center of Hohhot. Comfortable bed. Nice cosmetics in the shower Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop. Nice modern design. Small shop in the hotel, very convenient. All was fine.

PPiaoyun昨天醉酒，到單位對面的酒店開鐘點房休息，休息是為了更好的工作，睡了一個上午之後，下午滿血復活，又可以好好乾工作了。 整體酒店還算安靜，設施比較老，但勝在距離公司近，就在單位對面。

TTamuWe had such a nice stay! The landscape is beautiful and super relaxing. The yurt was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we need. Definitely recommend getting one with windows. It’s amazing to just sit and watch the clouds and animals pass by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even provided us with bikes, so we could take a short ride around the area, which was a fun way to explore the area. For dinner, we definitely recommend the fried beef with rice – it was super tasty!

TTamuWe went there to stargaze but that didn't work out cuz the sky was cloudy, and filled with smoke from all the fireworks we and everyone else were launching. I thought I would be disappointed not being able to see the stars and milky way on a new moon but my kids and I had a blast launching celebration balls and other colorful fireworks, and dancing with the locals around a bonfire. Super festive place! And, there's horse-riding nearby. If you do come here for stargazing, the hotels in this area make it too bright for stargazing unless you have a car to drive further to deserted and unlit places.
