Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Mongolia Dalam, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

Very good hotel in Manzhouli. Excellent location, reasonable price and very clean. The staff at the hotel are also very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and gave out information as needed. Highly recommend.

Hotel ini menawarkan sarapan prasmanan yang kaya, lobi yang terang dan luas, kamar-kamar yang bersih, tempat tidur berkualitas tinggi, fasilitas yang memadai, dan staf yang sangat membantu. Jika Anda membutuhkan sesuatu, mereka akan segera merespons. Hotel ini benar-benar pilihan utama untuk perjalanan bisnis. Saya puas dengan pengalaman menginap saya. This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

酒店環境很好，很乾凈，設備很齊全，價格合適，房間很暖和，前台服務態度好，打掃衞生的阿姨也很用心，離寶爾汗塔很近，繞塔很方便  ，洗衣房環境也很乾凈 （烘乾機 洗衣機都很好用）很方便，停車免費很方便下次再來。

This hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .

This was my first time visiting Hohhot and chose the hotel because of convenience of movement, it’s close to the airport as well as the train station. The service was okay even though they couldn’t speak English. The room was nice and clean too but the smell of smoke in the corridors didn’t make it all so pleasant. I really enjoyed the breakfast though and the revolving restaurant was a nice touch. I wouldn’t mind coming back to have a stay when I’m in Hohhot.
