I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Lokasinya sangat nyaman, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta pusat dan kereta bawah tanah, dan juga hanya sepuluh menit berjalan kaki dari sebagian besar tempat wisata, yang sangat nyaman. Kamarnya agak kecil tapi bersih, rapi, dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kamar yang saya pesan sudah termasuk sarapan dan makan malam. Sarapan prasmanannya kaya dan enak. Kadang-kadang saya tidak bisa makan siang setelah kenyang. Makan malam disediakan dengan menu, termasuk dua hidangan, hidangan penutup, dan air. Hidangan pertama adalah Pastanya rasanya agak asing, tapi pilihan daging kedua sangat kaya, termasuk steak, rak domba, ayam, ikan, cumi, dll. Secara keseluruhan, rasio harga/kinerja sangat bagus dan saya sangat puas dengan pengalaman menginap saya.

A very ”tired of life” hotel. In fact, this is the only hotel located in close proximity to Fiumicino airport ”Leonardo da Vinci”. For passengers who want to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, this is the only option. Also, airline employees, pilots and flight attendants stay at the hotel. There are a lot of people, but the hotel staff is unhurried - they talk to each other nicely, with smiles, when guests are waiting in line to check in. We could not find free Wi-Fi, even in the hotel lobby. Despite the fact that we paid more than 250 euros per night, they took a deposit of 75 euros from us. It seemed that the hotel was firmly stuck in the past. It urgently needs renovation and good management. The hotel has its advantages, too. The main one is its proximity to the airport (you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes, following the signs, directly from the arrivals area, without even going outside). They also offer a good breakfast with a large selection of food, both hot and cold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep between two long flights.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di dekat pusat kota, jika anda menggunakan bus ada halte bus di dekat pintu masuk untuk mencapai tempat wisata terkenal tersebut dibutuhkan waktu sekitar 10 sampai 15 menit cukup mudah, jika anda ingin menuju ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah mungkin perlu jalan kaki sekitar 8 sampai 10 menit. Saya pesan kamar single, awalnya saya pesan kamar di lantai dasar, setengahnya saya pikir tidak masalah, tapi waktu malam pintu kamar menghadap ke koridor luar, kalau malam suaranya keras banget, susah tidur, tambah berisik, kemudian saya komunikasikan dengan pihak hotel setelah pindah ke lantai lain, ternyata relatif tenang. Desain kamar sangat ber***a, dapat dilihat bahwa telah direnovasi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, tetapi hotel-hotel lama memiliki masalah umum, yaitu, sistem tenaga atau sistem pendingin udara mereka mungkin mengalami beberapa kondisi abnormal, selama menginap memiliki penampilan AC di atas tidak dapat menyediakan AC Selain itu perlu diperhatikan bahwa AC di dalam ruangan tidak bisa diatur dengan AC sentral,

Fantastisk god service af alle, god renlighed og et dejligt fint hotel. Det eneste øv ved hotellet er lidt placering, da området og lokalområdet måske ikke er det bedste, men hotellet fejler intet og fortjener helt sikkert et besøg, hvis man skal finde et sted med pool, god service og renlighed!

Very lovely! And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I don’t know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time!  Really appreciate. Room was nice. Only issue was the shower very powerful and hot but was flooding and entered the room small and wasn’t sure how to prevent that
