My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of the main attractions. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant, they serve breakfast there, but we did not take it. The hotel has a small pool and a bar, as well as a gym. The room is not clean everywhere, for example, dust in the nightstand. The bed is clean, the towel too. The staff is friendly and polite, there is security at the hotel. It’s still 15 min drive from the airport and shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours ahead. We did NOT know as did not check the hotel WhatsApp profile picture that says so in Spanish… but they did provide us shuttle transfer for free the next morning upon our request at check-in. It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.
