On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

It's a very expensive hotel I think because it's close to the airport. It's just enough to sleep 1 night and then leave to the airport. The hotel prepares a breakfast for you even if you leave at 2 am. That was amazing and the food was good.

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

The hotel is just simply good for rest after a long day Breakfast has nothing much to eat even it is a buffet Room has no phone cannot contact concierge but must travel down to the hall if u need them Bed quite soft and comfy for god sleep

Because the original hotel was full on the same day, and I couldn't continue to live, I moved to this one not far away. I was pleasantly surprised, much better than the previous one! Very recommended this one!

The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.

The stay was very comfortable, the front desk was very helpful and could speak English. The only drawback was that the service described airport pick-up and shuttle bus, but in reality there was no such service. It was my first time in Chile and I encountered some trouble in this regard, so I had to call an airport taxi myself.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

It is not a place where you can catch public transportation right away. The outdoor pool is not heated, so the water is very cold at the moment, so I couldn't swim.
