This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

Stayed for 2 nights only, for the price I paid I have nothing to complain about. One bus without changing can take us to the city which was convenient. Check in and out was very easy also. My cabin was very small but still had almost everything we needed to be fair. Windows do require a bit of extra cleaning. If you are on a budget I am recommending it for sure, but they have other options as well, worth a try. Thanks

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. By signing up, you will become a member of the Blue club and will have access to discounts of up to 20% and various privileges. After 5 reservations, on the website and on their app, within 12 months you become a & o hostel club plus. With discounts of up to 25% and other various advantages, listed on their website. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

Clean hotel that is very near the train station - we walked with our heavy luggage and did not face any issues. There's an amazing Indian restaurant called haveli 50 metres from this hotel - we had tons of Italian food on our trip and went to haveli for dinner one time and it was amazing to try indian food in italy.

The hotel didn’t even have a regular refrigerator or slippers. The room was small for two people, the sheets on the bed were dirty, and there were no extra sheets in the room. There was also no heating system. However, its location was excellent for visiting Florence's historical and natural attractions.

We had a wonderful time in the Hotel Berchielli. It’s in a beautiful location, the staff are very helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. They serve a very very good breakfast.

Overall, it is cost-effective, but it is a little far from the city center. The breakfast is pretty good and rich, Italian continental food, which is also included in the price when booking. Great location right next to the train station and was walking distance to get the shuttle to the airport. Great Value for money. Had trouble with water pressure in the shower on first day then had no hot water for shower the 2nd day. It was about a 20min walk to the leaning tower of pisa.

We didn’t realise that this place is only having driveway to get there. At night, we carried two 23kg big suitcases and walked there. That was a terrible experience. Other than that, the AC inside the room seemed to have some problem, we felt so hot and hard to breath during our stay. But tbh, I didn’t expect much with the price (£94 per night)

It takes more than 10 minutes to drive to the parking lot near Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa. The room is equipped with a folding bed and bedding according to the predetermined standards. Breakfast includes milk, juice, toast and fruit, desserts, yogurt, etc.
