Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

I chose to stay at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake Dongguan during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was full! This is all thanks to the housekeeper Mia, who is simply the ”superhero” of my trip! It rained during the Qingming Festival. Before the trip, I was worried that the rain would disrupt my plan, so I contacted Mia to find out about the activities in the hotel. Unexpectedly, this was just the beginning of our communication. The night before, Mia and I chatted until 1 a.m. She patiently and carefully answered every question I had. The feeling of being valued was really great! I thought she was busy all day and would definitely reply later the next day, but I received her message early in the morning. This service efficiency is really amazing! Mia's thoughtfulness goes far beyond this. She seems to be able to see through my thoughts, and I don't need to remind her of many things. Seeing that there were vacant rooms, she took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type and arranged for China Unicom to make our living experience more comfortable. When I returned to the room at night, the warm night bed service was ready, and my fatigue disappeared instantly. What touched me the most was that this trip happened to be my son's birthday month, and Mia quietly prepared two exquisite cakes. When the cake was delivered to my son, his surprised and happy expression, I will never forget it in my life. This attentiveness made this trip full of warmth and memories. Every moment at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake was extremely comfortable and pleasant, and all this was inseparable from Mia's efforts. I sincerely thank her and strongly recommend everyone to come here to experience and feel the amazing service brought by Mia! In addition, the photographer Xiaole for the travel photography is very good!

Superb service, staffs were very warm and helpful, hotel room is also comfortable and clean. Everything was good, my only feedback is that the hotel room should provide a mini refrigerator.

We have two nights there but we may not choose it again. It is poor maintenance and the service is below average quality. The breakfast is lack of choices. We fully pay the breakfast when we booked the hotel but we didn’t come to have breakfast there on the second day. It is such a poor breakfast in such a big hotel.

Everything is beyond my expectations, love the interiors & the room layout. The theme colour is perfect for the city like Shenzhen, tropical & refreshing. And the service is also great, which fits with the Shangri-La standard. I may choose here again for my next visit, and looking forward to explore more.

The location is perfect, a lot of foods around and close to the subway station. However, this time my room was located close to the neighbors who were making voices in the midnight a talk loudly in the midnight. If you want to book a room book the sstudio room (normal one) not the dulex room (having a bed room upstairs). The dulex rooms are too small the sofa a bathroom is too small too.

The room is as clean and tidy as always, newly decorated, and has a good living environment. This time I stayed in a duplex suite, which is cost-effective and comes with a lot of small gifts. There are many types of breakfast. I used to eat in the grand banquet hall, but this time I changed to the restaurant, so the whole family can sit down and eat without sharing a table. The front desk service is good, and there is guidance and follow-up after the processing is completed. It is much more considerate than the first time I stayed. I have been to many hot springs, but I still think Zen Spring is the cleanest and most hygienic. The overall experience is much better than the first time I went there, and it feels worth the price during the May Day holiday👍🏻

Great room for 3 adults, near the train station. Big new mall beside the hotel. Design of the hotel is industrial style, breakfast selection not like big hotel but work fine for us. Supermarket in the mall is a must visit will stay again if we are here or visit other cities with NOA brand hotel

Good location! There is adidas outlet shop in the mall beside the hotel! Also 10mins ride away from Grandview mall. Complimentary artisan coffee x1 per day everyday from 830am to 8pm by the cafe operating downstairs. Very pretty hotel lobby and very helpful counter staff esp on our last day, initiated to check with us if our Didi car type is suitable with all our big baggage and luggages and helped all the way to ensure all our stuff are loaded up to Didi and easing our vending machine purchase for the lemon packet drink that we included as photo in this review while waiting for Didi. The male staff didn't even ask us to give good review or mention his name. He did all these out of his own good service attitude. If the hotel management see this message, please help us to check for his name and thank him. We boarded the didi around 10.45pm on 1 may. This is so different from our experience in Chongqing and Chengdu area and we are very pleased. Initially our midnight check into this hotel around 3am on 29 April was not so pleasant as the counter staff didn't explain to us in detail during our check in on our complimentary items hence our first impression for this hotel was so bad. This male staff that helps with our departure from this hotel really changed the whole experience to a very good and memorable one. So I am really thankful and will recommend this hotel to others
