Hotel Dengan sarapan di Daerah Ibu Kota Brussel, Belgia

Saya membuat reservasi untuk orang lain. Tidak ada kamar yang tersedia di pusat kota sehari sebelum saya check in, jadi saya harus memesan di sini. Menurut para tamu, hotelnya lumayan, nyaman untuk bepergian, dan air pancuran sangat bagus. Cukup untuk menginap satu malam. Saya tidak memesannya. Sarapan biaya RMB 900 ditambah pajak per malam. Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Hotel ini bisa dikatakan sebagai salah satu dari sedikit hotel yang sangat memuaskan sepanjang perjalanan saya di Eropa. Ada stasiun kereta api di lantai bawah, dan transportasi sangat nyaman. Hanya beberapa pemberhentian ke Brussels Square. Ada banyak restoran di lantai bawah, transportasi dan Makanan dan minuman sangat nyaman, dan yang terpenting kamar memiliki balkon, Pemandangan dari jendela sangat indah, dan pelayanan front desk juga sangat baik. Walaupun wajib menyerahkan kunci ke front desk saat keluar untuk bermain, sebenarnya tidak masalah keamanannya, kalau ada kesempatan ke Brussels lagi saya akan menginap disana lagi.

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.

Menginap dengan baik di a&o Brussels (dulunya Hotel President). Proses check-in lancar dan cepat, yang selalu saya hargai setelah perjalanan panjang. Saya sangat menghargai opsi check-out terlambat hingga pukul 2 siang dengan biaya hanya €14, yang sangat praktis dan bebas repot. Di sisi lain, sedikit mengecewakan dengan kopinya: bar tutup pada siang hari, dan satu-satunya mesin kopi yang tersedia, yang terletak di bagian resepsionis, kehabisan biji kopi... Sayang sekali untuk istirahat sejenak. Untungnya, ada minimarket kecil di dalam area hotel yang memudahkan untuk mendapatkan perlengkapan, yang merupakan nilai tambah yang nyata. Secara keseluruhan, harganya sepadan dengan kualitasnya, dengan layanan dasar yang efisien, tetapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk pengalaman yang lebih lengkap.

Love the room and kitchen and private parking , but they inflexible about 11 am check out. Late 1 hour cost u €25 it’s crazy . Other hotel just charge €10 per hour or can free check out still at 12noon . The middle age man very nice and friendly at customer service but just very stricth in late check out. They cleaning woman will knock ur room by 11 am.

The hotel was good. The location is good. One thing you need to be careful about is that this hotel comes in an uphill location, so you need to be ready to walk. There is only one thing that made my stay awful. it was some stains on the bed. I arrived at 2 AM. I was tired and I decided to sleep but in the morning I woke up. And I found out that the bed was having weird spots, It looks like human ****.
