The room was amazing with a stunning view. On the whole it was a fantastic stay but there were one or two issues- 1. The yoga mats in the gym were filthy. And 2. I was bothered on a few occasions by cleaners or people coming to knock on the door e.g.the cleaner came inside the room even though I said it was too late and I didn't want the room to be cleaned now. It was around 5pm and no one had cleaned the room during the day, but by that time I was ready to relax. There was a language barrier so she just came in and started replacing snacks and drinks and tried to start cleaning up in the bathroom and I had to ask her to leave. I noticed before I left that there was a button for 'do not disturb' but it wasn't obvious so it would be good for the staff to mention that when showing you to your room. I also think it's a good idea for them to have a book with information regarding the restaurant, gym, spa etc.etc. there's some info on the TV but it isn't very detailed.

The room was very satisfactory, and the room was very good. The hotel lobby told me that it was very refreshing and clean, including corridors and so on. My aunt's stay was very good.The facilities are also very clean and sanitary, including the cleaning of the room. My aunt will give us the toiletries every day to help us change the sheets and quilts. The surrounding environment is also very good in terms of hygiene. There are free Disney shuttle buses and shuttle buses at subway stations. The timing is super reasonable and convenient.It is also very convenient to take a taxi around, the environment is also very good, and the stay is very satisfactory. It is also very happy and particularly satisfactory to stay in this hotel when you come to Disney.The lobby on the first floor also provides children with amusement parks and so on. You can get hand cream and so on by pushing sunscreen. It is really a super good idea to provide hand cream in winter, and I feel that they are very satisfied with what they have done with their heart.

I had a great time at this hotel however was faced some odour issues from the toilet drain. It seemed perhaps it had over flowed at one point and the drain was emitting quite bad odours. Other than that the location is great, and the staff are friendly.

The room was comfortable, and the view of Shanghai was stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly. The pool was lovely. The breakfast at ON56 was excellent, offering a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. The air conditioning in the room was efficient, and the curtains provided great light blocking. While the bathtub and shower are showing some signs of age, it didn't impact the overall quality of the stay. I highly recommend Gran Hyatt Shanghai!

We have stayed in this hotel chain twice on our one week China business trip. What really stands out from this hotel chain is that they offer impeccable customer service. Warm greetings from the moment we arrived at the hotel drop off, ease of check-in and professional shuttle service arrangement to Pudong airport. All the staff from the bellboy, the reception staff and the shuttle driver gave excellent services. The entrance, lobby and corridor have a lux interior ambience. The room we stayed in, was spacious and clean. However, the fridge inside the cabinet seems to be faulty and the aircon cannot be set to cooling mode, there is only fan and heater mode. We hope the management could fix these in our next stay. A sweet gesture, which made our day, the hotel prepared us a breakfast bag with bread, boiled egg, yoghurt and banana for our flight in the morning and they also gave us two lucky charms. We will definitely be back in this hotel for our next trip to China. Thank you Yun He Le Bo.

I feel that it is one of the best stays I have in my trip to Shanghai. Service is very prompt, almost immediately. Fantastic. Room clean fantastic. Cooking needs like pot and pans all ready. General service is good. Only probably the not so good thing is the breakfast. Pretty limited. will still stay again.

Hotel Review for Cary Hotel, Shanghai I had an excellent stay at the Kerry Hotel in Shanghai. The check-in process was quick and smooth, the room was impeccably clean, and provided the highest level of comfort. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of high-quality products with a strong Western focus – ideal for international guests. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve ever seen, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a spacious layout. Additionally, the Club Membership is highly recommended as it offers extra amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, an outstanding business hotel that excels in every aspect. I would be happy to return!

Absolutely hospitable service from the hotel reception. They serve complimentary dessert every night, which I like the most. The breakfast has a lot of variety, too. The hotel is located near the metro station and there is Lawson in front of the hotel. Great stay!

I was very satisfied and happy to stay at Shanghai Haofeng Yazhi Hotel. The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation around it. It also provides shuttle bus pick-up service for Pudong Airport Disneyland Metro. It is simple and fast to make an appointment in advance. Let the family and friends who stay here not worry about taking a taxi. The room is also clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm. The equipment and facilities in the room are also complete. Toiletries can be collected for free at the front desk if needed. The hair dryer in the room is safe and has a preheating function. There is no problem with WiFi signal playing games, and the air conditioning effect is also cooling. Xiao Xu, a hotel staff member, is very warm and friendly. The service is very considerate. She is responsive and helps us make reservations for Disneyland shuttle buses and subway pick-ups. We asked her any questions we didn't understand during our stay. She is very responsible. The hotel breakfast is a buffet with many choices. Both Western and Chinese tastes are very good. I would like to praise the hotel's security work very well. There are staff on duty 24 hours a day. It is safe and reassuring. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

A PERFECT PLACE TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY From beginning to end, it’s been so much fun. We were greeted cordially by friendly smiles by the front desk staff. They were aware it’s my birthday, thus, upgraded my room with the best view of the water falls and decorated my room as well for this special occasion. Alisa from front desk is an exemplary and outstanding staff greeting me with a smile and keeping in touch during my stay ensuring that we have everything we need. Dinner time, I got a complimentary birthday cake. Part of the package is Shenkang Wonderland where we had super fun time. At night, we could watch from our balcony the 30-minute amazing Center of the Earth Platform: Cliff Light and Shadow Show. Afterwards at 930pm, we saw the beautiful Lobby Water Curtain Show. The following morning, we had an exhilarating one hour In-hotel travel photography with super friendly and professional photographer named Yan. Kudos as well to our nice room attendant named Amber. Lastly, when I checked out the front desk officers were really warm and gave me a stuff toy gift from Intercontinental. Their names are Sofia, Seven and Cora. From beginning to end, it’s an indeed a perfect place to celebrate one’s special day. Thank you to the staff of Intercontinental Wonderland Hotel. It’s the best and memorable hotel Ive been to. You truly make your guest feel important and special. If you want to have a memorable, enjoyable, fun-filled celebration. This is the best place to go to. Super love this hotel!
