AAcerobinLokasinya persis di sebelah Stasiun Kereta Shanghai, jadi sangat nyaman untuk bepergian. Tinggal belok kanan dari pintu keluar dan Anda sudah sampai. Meskipun dekat stasiun, tidak berisik sama sekali, dan saya bisa tidur nyenyak. Hanya saja, kamar saya belum dibersihkan dengan baik; masih ada penutup bekas kotak makan dari tamu sebelumnya. LL_AnjieCheck-in was quick and easy. The staff spoke excellent English.
The room was as described and matched the photos. It was very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows.
Room service was very quick and courteous. We needed an extra towel and it was brought within minutes.
The food delivery by robot is funny, but I personally don't like eating from plastic bowls; I prefer a plate or bowl.
The beach is great if you're travelling with children and the pool area is fantastic. Only the condition of the slide in the toddler area is no longer so good. The paint was peeling off in places and the play equipment in the water was very rusty in many places. The water in one pool was also very cloudy and didn't look very clean. But it was still a lot of fun...
The breakfast was very good. There were even enough plates and cutlery for children. The selection was large and very tasty. The breakfast room was very clean and large enough for many guests, and the staff were very attentive and courteous.
It was a very nice stay and I will definitely recommend the hotel to others.

TTamuMenginap di Grand Hyatt Jin Mao Shanghai bersama cucu saya, dan pengalaman menginap tiga hari dua malam ini terasa sangat sepadan. Staf meja depan memberikan kamar di lantai 77 dan juga menyertakan akses ke Executive Lounge untuk bersantap, yang dapat dinikmati setiap hari dari jam 06:30 pagi hingga 20:00 malam di lantai 83. Tentu saja, kami tidak sempat menggunakan fasilitas makan di lantai 83 karena kami sering bepergian di siang hari. I'm from Scotland and was weiry about booking a hotel away from shanghai city centre. Glad I did the city centre was far to busy felt like coming out of a busy concert.
I shouldn't have been. Using Didi saved us the hassle trying to use public transport. Please note Didi (uber) ranged from £1.40 to £16 for a long journey. Didi arrived in 3 mins max WOW.
You are close to the wildlife park and Disneyland you still need Didi to take you there but as the hotel offers a free shuttle then that cost isn't there. Shanghai Village is great for shopping again close by, across from disneyland
The service in this hotel is 2nd to none. Derek (Manager) and his team are first class.
I've never stayed at a hotel in which the staff make you feel so welcome.
From a free gift, to a free upgrade. Free fruit and the willingness to help when you dont speak the language.
The breakfast wasn't to my taste but looked lovely the staff went out of their way to buy bread and jam for us.
We were offered a free bus to Disneyland we declined due to being to early for us. Didi only cost £4.80. But the offer was there.
Derek and his team really go out of their way as I needed something printed off and was no hassle at all. I took his WeChat number (WhatsApp) just incase I got stuck I didn't get stuck but the offer was there and made me feel relaxed and not afraid to venture out knowing I could contact him.
The hotel room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Room was very large, my room when I went to Hong Kong was a quarter of the size. Impressive!
Has everything you need to be safe and comfortable.
I genuinely can't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation to recommend to my family and friends.
The surrounding area has a KFC and supermarkets there is a lot to choose from but more Chinese food is on offer. There is a bakery a few mins walk away and the bakery goods were delicious and I got my coffee from luckin coffee make sure you have the translater on your phone very easy to order if you have that plus the staff help too.
So there you have it book this hotel and enjoy the hospitality Derek and his team offer you will not be sorry.
I'm so glad to have stayed there sorry to leave.
