I had a great stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The room was clean and comfortable, and even have bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location in best to walk around, which made it super easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

It was a last minute booking. Located in the middle of ”pasar”, suitable for those who want the local experience. It's a walking distance to batam's newest mall (grand batam mall) & probably batam's oldest mall (BCS). The rooms are basic. The breakfast was good enough with a wide selection.

This is 4th time stay in Turi Beach Resort. I will always choose Turi Beach Resort because there is no other place beautiful as this place. Kind of peaceful and pleasant place to stay and enjoy the holiday. I chose Riani hills the seaview amazing

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and considerate. Simple gestures of continually opening the doors for guests, as well as serving a cold glass of ice lemongrass beverage during check-in on a hot day, exhibit their warm sincerity. Family room was cosy and adequate for 2 adults plus 2 children given a large bed, accompanied by bunk beds.

Big & clean room with a flat screen TV. Only downside is there are no disposable slippers for the toilet. Location wise, 10/10. Plenty of eateries & convience shops nearby. There are night markets around the area too. For activities, there are go-karts, carnival, water themepark & many more for you to indulge. Overall, it's a good place to stay. We've stayed here for 5 days & overall satisfied with our experience.

Room was as per photo in Trip Website, so its a nice Grand Executive with King bed. Facilities was good nice food around the hotel as well. Overall Great value for money, will stay again

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

My 4th time coming to Montigo resort, the experience is still so wow! Brought my husband to experience it as well. The vibe at the resort is so chill as compare to city centre. I like the friendliness of the staffs, all so welcoming. And always delivering extra water bottles when we didn’t request for it. This time we check in on 30 dec and spent our countdown over there. Surprised to receive new year gift and also there’s countdown party with firework available. The best cozy countdown ever!

Arrived at 230pm and was told room not ready. Waited at the lobby, checked again at 250pm, and again was told not ready. I have specifically told the front staff that I'm waiting at the sofa and please let me now when ready. However, upon checking again at 310pm with another staff and the room card was already prepared and left at the pigeon hole. Very disappointed that there is no handling over between staff knowing that a customer is waiting for a room.

Location is great for those who likes BCS mall. Staff service was nice and great however the door card were given us a few issues as it couldn’t access the lift. A few customers faces the same issues too. Overall it’s good experience and room is very wide. Not my first time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again. A2 food court is just right below. Breakfast is just nice too.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms was very clean with full toiletries. The two huge crystal chandeliers in the lobby was impressive. Chinese New year decorations was very apt and beautiful. Breakfast spread was first class. This is definitely a go to hotel in Batam as it was strategically location in the heart of the city.

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family.  The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall.  We found your staff very polite and always helpful.  This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast.  There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile.  We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today. We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time.  The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean.  We had a massage last night and they were excellent. We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island.  The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

Have a pleasant stay at Swiss berlinn hotel, the location is super awesome, left side left than 5mins to grand batam, infront sushi tei n bcs and cafe. The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.

Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night. Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too. Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk. Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change). Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free. According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2). Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year. Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too. If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Santika Batam was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, upon entering the room, there was a strange odor—likely from the recent renovations. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a scrumptious variety that left a great impression. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower was problematic, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally, the hotel only provides one room key card, which controls both the electricity in the room and access to it. This lack of an extra card was inconvenient, especially when stepping out to collect food or attend to errands, as it left the room without power. In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, a few issues with the shower and room card policy could be improved for a better guest experience.

Not a bad hotel with gym and swimming pool . Near to batam center ferry terminal. But only one small shop near the hotel . Showering water might leak out a little due to low flooring . Elderly might need to take note .

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Hotel 01 Batam is the most unique Hotel, Interesting n very different from the norm.Egyptian theme decor with beautiful painting on the wall .Day time looks so bright n is great for Instagram photos. Nite time mysterious n so serene. 2nd stay there n is highly recommended as staff are pleasant , place very clean n is also reasonable.Location wise very good 5 mins Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall. Worth a visit to this unique hotel.

This is our first time as a family to Batam. My choice of hotel is very accurate, the location of the hotel is close to the Batam center ferry. Around the hotel close to restaurants. Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center.

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.
