I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.

Un hotel muy bonito !! No está en el centro de Florencia es un Pueblito cercano . A 25 min en tren de la terminal Santa María Novella . Lo único malo es que no puedes quedarte hasta tarde en Florencia porque para llegar al hotel saliendo de la estación. cruzas un parque que está muy solitario . Pero si vas en un plan familiar realmente vale la pena hospedarte ahí . Está frente al Río con una vista espectacular. Me Encanto y si regresaría !!

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Rooftop bar has great views of the old city but unfortunately no food options. Would definitely stay again.

Points positifs : Pratique car pas loin de l'aéroport (25 min à pied environ), même distance pour se rendre à la tour de Pise. Pas mal de magasins, de restos et snacks dans le coin. Personnel sympathique. Points négatifs : A notre arrivée le soir vers 19h30, porte close et après avoir sonné une dizaine de fois personne pour nous ouvrir. Personne à l'intérieur. Nous avons finalement appelé le numéro affiché sur la porte pour qu'on nous donne le code d'entrée et le numéro de chambre où la clé nous attendait. Il fallait le savoir ! Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Mais surtout aucune climatisation dans ma chambre un vrai four. Bien pour une nuit lors d'une arrivée ou d'un départ....

TTamuExcelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
