Hotels With Breakfast in Tuscany, Italy

This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

Stayed for 2 nights only, for the price I paid I have nothing to complain about. One bus without changing can take us to the city which was convenient. Check in and out was very easy also. My cabin was very small but still had almost everything we needed to be fair. Windows do require a bit of extra cleaning. If you are on a budget I am recommending it for sure, but they have other options as well, worth a try. Thanks

The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The double room we booked was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel had a wide variety of options with great quality. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience during their travels!

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

I stayed at the hotel for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for a bit longer to properly enjoy it. I didn't have high expectations because of the mixed reviews online. However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a ”water spent” device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.

Convenient location, just five minutes away from Santa Maria novella station. Nice breakfast, totally recommend this hotel

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. By signing up, you will become a member of the Blue club and will have access to discounts of up to 20% and various privileges. After 5 reservations, on the website and on their app, within 12 months you become a & o hostel club plus. With discounts of up to 25% and other various advantages, listed on their website. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. Overall rating 9.50/10

First of all, there are two transportation methods that connect this hotel from downtown Florence: train and bus no. 2. After the sun went down, bus no. 2 didn't arrive even after an hour of the scheduled arrival time, as if the driver had been hospitalized due to an accident. The train was better, but expensive. And there was a minor annoyance that there was no internet in the accommodation after everyone left.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The hotel is perfect for stay in Florence, great location, located in city centre, just 5 mnt walk from train station. Within walking distance to the museums, Duomo, Palazzos and everything. Hotel is like brand new, room quite big, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very happy with our choices of the hotel

Best thing about this hotel is centrally located. 3 mins walk to Duomo and other places in no more than 10 minutes. The room was a bit small than I expected. Interior decoration is classy with all high quality luxury materials. Breakfast was quality but not a buffet. Bed was great. Staffs are helpful.

This hotel is a charming accommodation option that perfectly blends elegance and comfort. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, and the environment is as quiet and pleasant as a garden, giving people a unique Italian style. The doorman's warm service and polite greetings add to the feeling of being at home, and the check-in reception is also very particular and thoughtful. In terms of the guest rooms, both the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room are first-class. Every detail reflects the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, and the bathroom is always spotless. However, the design of the shower room is slightly inconvenient and may cause water overflow, but overall it does not affect the accommodation experience. The top lounge on the sixth floor has a view of the Florence landmark building, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which is absolutely outstanding. There will be barbecues and bars in summer. Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. The rich Western breakfast selection, coupled with exquisite presentation, brings a perfect start to the day. From the environment to the service to the dining, this hotel undoubtedly provides travelers with an unforgettable stay experience.

It's a little far from where we want to go. The roads in the city are difficult to walk and taxis are hard to get. But the hotel is still very good. Very considerate service. The elevator is small. There is not much space for one person's luggage. It's better to let the waiter take it and deliver it to the room

It's basically a taxi to the central area. It's expensive to take a taxi in Florence. It's not very cost-effective, but the hotel is really good. Breakfast is of high quality although there is not much variety. The junior suites we stayed in were also quite spacious. But the senior room size set for a friend is relatively small.

This trip to Italy, Florence this hotel is the most satisfying, cost-effective, good service environment, beautiful and big room; the location is invincible, opposite LV and Cadier, 6 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers, 15 minutes walk to the Uffizi Museum. Five minutes walk, there is the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called ”Master Ba”. The room will be cleaned twice a day and changed towels. We stayed for three nights, every day, every night to make the turndown. If the only fly in the ointment is that the breakfast is not too in line with our taste, but this is not important for breakfast to choose to go out to the coffee shop. The picture is all the hotel photos I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all flowers...

super great, the environment is very good, the hotel cleaning service is also excellent, very considerate, the surrounding facilities are complete, I caught a cold when I arrived. There are many pharmacies, fruit shops and other living facilities nearby. For transportation, you can use Uber or call taxi, or walk, it is only 100 meters away from the city center very close

This boutique hotel is in an excellent location, within a 15-minute walk of any major attraction in Florence. The service was very good, especially the young and capable Andre at the front desk, who was very friendly and enthusiastic, helping to solve a series of travel problems and reminding us of the precautions during the stay. I will stay in this hotel again when I go to Florence next time.

The location of the hotel is great. The window of the room I stayed in was on the Arno River, and the old bridge was perfect for taking pictures. The front desk service is very good. The capsule coffee machine is clean and filled with water for the convenience of hotel guests. The breakfast is also good.

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. Posizione strategica, prospicente il mare, facile da raggiungere. Possibilità di lasciare la macchina, anche al parcheggio dell'Hotel. Struttura molto bella esteticamente e curata, nel design e nella pulizia. Personale cortese. Abbiamo usufruito di un'upgrade gratuito. Purtroppo per un mio errore non era stato prenotato il servizio di colazione a buffet. L'abbiamo poi pagato (piuttosto caro, a mio avviso, anche se ci è stato applicato un piccolo sconto). Struttura consigliatissima.

Very nice and clean place Too bad I booked with incorrect information We chose believing that we could use the spa in the evening/night since with our commitments we couldn't use anything else Instead we discovered that it is a service that is only available on Thursdays and Saturdays But by now we had already paid and planned everything

Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

This hotel is over my expectations!! Highly recommend to stay here when you visit Milan. - Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Plazza del Duomo, many good restaurants on the same street, a carrefour express opposite to hotel entrance if you want to buy any essentials - The rooftop open to in-house guest are 100% plus, you can capture the key landmarks in one picture - Staff are nice and helpful if you need a taxi to train station or airport - Room is big and clean, however the water pressure is too big and hard to control - Breakfast is fair as it’s included, could have added more hot items

Everything is good. Although it is close to the airport, you can't walk there, you have to take a taxi!!! There are highways around, no sidewalks. It will be much cheaper to call a taxi yourself, and it will be much more expensive if the hotel calls a taxi on your behalf. Don't ask the hotel to call a taxi!

The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

The hotel is clean but very worn out and even in its heyday I can’t fathom how this was ever 4 stars. The bed spreads don’t appear to have been washed in ages, the bathrooms are tiny and you can barely fit through the door to enter the shower (and I’m thin!). Sound insulation is also terrible. They need a serious revamp.

Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

The disadvantage is that the hotel is small and the hygiene is average. There are some marks on the table in the room that have not been cleaned, and there are large scratches on the floor. In addition, in November, the weather was about 5° at night, and the air conditioner in the room did not heat. The air conditioner was centrally controlled with a temperature upper limit! ! The waiter explained that the Pisa Municipal Government did not allow it? ! I know that gas prices in Europe are expensive, but can you at least make the quilt thicker? Finally, the waiter brought a blanket with a lot of dust...

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!
