Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

The service was excellent. The front desk guy helped us extend our check-out time for free and arranged a car for us to Budva. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also very convenient—the meals were delivered to our room, so we could enjoy delicious food while admiring the view from the balcony. Overall, the experience was great! Except for the slightly poor soundproofing of the room, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Бронировали небольшие апартаменты в мансарде на 5 ночей. Спасибо Дражену. Нам разрешили оставить багаж до заселения. Местоположение в старом городе очень удобное. Очень симпатичная улочка и все вокруг. Кухни и посуды в общем хватило, чтобы что-то слегка приготовить. Подушки и матрасы удобные. Немного о минусах, которые, впрочем, не омрачили общего впечатления от пребывания в Которе . Внизу напротив кафе с музыкой. Вечерами в основном была негромкая, очень приятная и обычно лично мне не мешала, я ложусь спать очень поздно, мужу- нравилось меньше (если вы рано ложитесь или плохо засыпаете, то может помешать). Но вот в один из вечеров, в пятницу, это было супергромко и продолжалось до часу ночи. Еще бы посоветовала использовать пододеяльники, а не простыни под одеялом! Одежду особо было некуда вешать(((- на фото видна стойка для одежды. И все. В апартах как бы все чисто и аккуратно, но… мусор выносите сами. Уборщица к нам не заходила при пребывании в 5 ночей, хотя было сказано, что поменяют полотенца через 3 дня. Не меняли. Если предполагается, что в апартах убирают сами гости- хорошо, но тогда логично было бы предоставить какие-то приспособления, салфетки/совок/щетку/швабру, не покупать же их мне это все самой при краткосрочном пребывании. Если вы проживаете не в теплое время года, то вечером, когда на улице уже прохладно, плиточный пол воспринимается холодным- лучше иметь теплые носки и тапочки. Это даже не минус, а тонкость пребывания в несезон, в старинном каменном доме. Но для проживания на несколько дней в спокойный несезон нас в общем и целом все устроило))) Очень колоритно, чудесный старый город, интересный опыт! Спасибо!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The owner's hospitality exceeded expectations – not only did he graciously allow us to change rooms to suit our preferences, but he also went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The genuine kindness and flexibility made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay. By the way, the facilities and views are also great!
