Our stay with Discovery Resort was absolutely perfect! From the stunning views and luxurious rooms to the exciting activities every moment was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy every craving. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or enjoying live evening entertainment like firedancing, the resort had the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. I can’t wait to return—highly recommend it for the ultimate getaway.

Room is good, new, bathroom was large with huge shower. No tv channels. Hotel is generally clean, a air breakfast buffet on top floor with wonderful view of the sea and city.

The hotel has a great location, if you are just catching a flight. The terminal is at a walking distance. Room is spacious and comfortable, i only felt certain areas could have been a bit cleaner, as there were food crumbles scattered around desk. Maybe it was cleaned in a rush, as they forgot to even put the towel in, but i got it after a request. In the bathroom, there is hot water, but only hard soap and shampoo available, no body shower gel. Prepare to have 500 pesos for the key deposit. But also, they were flexible when i said i am leaving the country, and would prefer not to have a cash leftover (dont do my mistake, you still need to pay the airport terminal fee in cash - 784 pesos!). I decided to spend my last banknotes on food. Frankly, the shop in the hotel building is so overpriced, that I rather walked 5 minutes back toward town, and bought some snacks at 7/11, much more affordable. You can buy instant noodles and make them with the hot water from the hotel corridor. There's a water heater in the room also (for instant coffee), but you would have to bring drinkable water. Well, there were even instant noodles offered in the room, but i didnt see utensils available (spoon, or fork, or anything of such).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, where the warm and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. We loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered to both kids and adults. The pool area was a favorite for the kids, while we appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the lounge. Conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, the hotel made it easy to explore Davao City. Overall, Acacia Hotel Davao delivered a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a top choice for families.

The location is very accessible to many shops and malls by commute or private vehicle. Room rate is reasonable and worth it. The room is neat, smells good, comfortable and decent. Staff are so friendly, accommodating and kind. This place is recommendable. We had a great stay and the ambiance is great! For sure this will not be our last. 👍
