We have a great stay at this hotel. Its very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really great too! It is also near to tourist attractions and good food places.

Enjoyed my one night stay on a Thursday night in October. Room - Superior Queen #110. $92 nzd. Pros -Cheap -Comfy mattress -Great location -Clean -Spacious room and bathroom -Heat pump which was on when i arrived which kept the room at a comfy temp. -Kind front desk woman on arrival. -Old world architecture. Cons -Noisy heat pump (albeit grateful there was one) -No sound insulation so can hear footsteps easily. -Bed was 2 x singles pushed together and had to sleep either side of the gap. Tip - book a superior room type. It's my experience these are better quality. When you book the lead in room category (deluxe) they're cheaper for a reason. I would return but not on a Friday or Saturday as the sound of the street noise and night clubs would be heard easily. Thanks for a nice stay.

We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel

Kamarnya sangat luas. Meskipun meja, kursi, dan sofa terlihat agak tua, hal itu tidak memengaruhi kegunaan dan kenyamanan. Saya terutama ingin memuji kebersihan mesin cuci, yang merupakan yang terbersih di antara semua apartemen hotel yang pernah saya tempati selama perjalanan saya melintasi Pulau Utara dan Selatan! A very nice place. Hosts Richie and Lynn were friendly and helpful. The location is a stone’s throw from Waitomo caves and there are three places to eat within walking distance. It’s quiet and cozy. Netflix on the TV was welcomed on a rainy evening. The breakfast was welcomed as well.

Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir yang nyaman, kamarnya sangat bersih, pemandangan danaunya indah, dan Anda juga bisa melihat pegunungan bersalju di seberang danau. Menginapnya sangat nyaman! Dapur kecilnya lengkap dan kamar mandinya luas. Sangat direkomendasikan.
