Stayed just a night before visiting relatives near by. Rooms were clean and simple. If you're attending a convention at kintex, then it's a good place to stay. Looking for a ”romantic” getaway, might want to look around

Great hotel, but a bit far from city centre. Very annoying that the gps could not find it (only the one in Singapore), so I had to type the address manually. However the hotel is new, very clean and has a 24 hour shop for essetials. Very big plus for travellers is the iniversal outlets (UK, european ans US), so no need for adaptors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free parking available.

The parking lot was clean and I fell in love with the first scent of the lobby. The staff were all friendly. All three of us are sensitive sleepers, so we requested a triple bed.. and even had a view of Everland~ All three of us slept well, and even when the temperature was raised in the early evening, it was clean and there was no noise or smell. Since we had been to the hot springs, we didn't use the bathtub, just washed our faces and brushed our teeth and spent the night. It was a great location to go to the Folk Village or Everland the next day. The coffee machine at the entrance to the convenience store on the first floor was better than I thought~

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

Pretty good location and surroundings for Kintex travelers. Room is ok with nice partial Han river view. Hyundai premium outlet mall is just 5min walking distance. yet. Bad attitude female staff with arrogant manners.

The facilities are top class. The location is inconvenient for reaching Seoul. It requires multiple changes of lines on the subway, subway station is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff are very helpful. But I would stay there again.

The staff is super nice, the room is clean. Two malls nearby the hotel, it is quite nice to walk around.

The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights. Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel. The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways. We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

I simply stayed alone for one night. It was convenient because there were restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a cost-effective hotel, so there is no shortage of staying for one night with a light heart. The room was also good because the ondol was bass.

The location is the best because it is right past the Goyang Terminal crosswalk. It is a bit noisy on weekend nights because there is an entertainment district nearby. Instead, the counter and cleaning service were clean and good. The room was bigger than I thought and there was a bathtub, so it was comfortable to use.

It looks like a hotel that was remodeled from a motel. I was surprised by the room facilities on the first day. I've been to many business hotels, but it seems like they replaced the room and TV in an old motel. The towels that were there on the first day were great. They had holes and were tattered., but they weren't like that the next day.. lol It's good because you can walk to KINTEX exhibition. You can drink freely at the first floor entrance. The front desk staff is always on duty.

The overall room condition of the room and bathroom was satisfactory. The bathtub is spacious and the bathroom, shower, and sink are all separated for convenience. It was nice that the boiler was warm too. But the room was very, very dry. When I woke up the next morning, my throat and nose were so dry, and sure enough, I had a nosebleed. I think we need to pay a little more attention to humidity management. It would be nice to have a humidifier or a rental service.

The room is quite large, with a view of the city from the window. There is a fan and air conditioning, everything is in working order. The room has a kettle, a computer (we didn't have to use it, so we can't say anything), a modern hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean. The shower room is spacious, there was everything necessary for personal hygiene. Coffee is available on the ground floor at the reception. Of the disadvantages - poor soundproofing, the room was in a little gloomy tones, there was a slight smell.

Very satisfied! Above all, all the staff were kind. The room was spacious and perfect for a solo traveler. It's close to the station, and it's only a 2-minute walk to Goyang Bus Terminal (lol). There is a bus to Gimpo Airport. Also, across the intersection from Shiroishi Station is a busy shopping district lined with restaurants. I've been staying in central Seoul for many years, but I was surprised to see prices rising across the board! But now that I'm a little way out of the city, I can find cheap hotels with a nostalgic Seoul feel. I'd like to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.

I visited during the snowy Seollal holiday! All the staff were friendly and the facilities were all clean! You should bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. I stayed on the 9th floor, and the water pressure was strong and the hot water came out well! I plan to stay here again when I visit Suwon! It's a business hotel. Even by that standard, the room was spacious! (It was a basic deluxe room)

The front desk gave us information about where to eat and where to rent umbrellas since it looked like it was going to rain, which was very helpful. The shampoo dispenser in our room happened to be out of order, so we were glad they kindly showed us around. We didn't hear it in our room, but when we left the door, we heard our neighbors screaming. It was a bit of a surprise...

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot. My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

It was annoying to see them holding their passports senselessly during check-in, but they had a poor service mindset and couldn't control their facial expressions and didn't even answer questions. If it were our employees, we would have fired them. I think the new employee will do better than that employee. You have to say your license plate number three times to understand it, and if you're hard of hearing, they'd ask you to write down your license plate number... They'd mumble strange numbers as if you couldn't understand them... If it wasn't for a middle manager, you might have exploded. This is not a place where you receive service, but a place where service is provided to customers. Yuduri's senses are all the worst. Since I like speaking English, I sincerely hope that I will stick to dealing only with Westerners. If you don't have a personality that suits the service profession, it might be a good idea to quickly find another path. It's a nice hotel in Suwon, it's next to a department store, and it's close to my house, so I brought it here, but I wonder if I should take it again because of the female employee. The breakfast wasn't as good as Chinese food, but it was edible. I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott for 2 nights in the same week, and compared to there, the facilities and breakfast service mind Korea was inferior. It is a position that enjoys a regional monopoly status at a price that is just to rip off popular Koreans. For reference, the price including breakfast at the Marriott in Baiyun-gu, Guangzhou is 150,000 won. It is twice as expensive as it is located on the outskirts of Suwon.

The hotel is located near the busy area of Suwon. Walking distance to 7/11 and lots of food hub nearby within a walking distance reach. Bus station is about 400meters from the area. Suwon station is almost about the same distance.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they explained everything to me in detail, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is directly connected to Suwon Station, so you can enjoy shopping and gourmet food to your heart's content. If I have the opportunity to go to Suwon again, this is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at.

We visited with a family of 3. We arrived early and they left our luggage in the lobby. The room condition was clean and spacious, which was nice. There was also a GS right across the street, which was convenient. The breakfast, which was mainly Korean food, was delicious and satisfying!! Accessibility is okay if you drive, but public transportation is a bit tricky... The only regret is that the view was the wall of the building next door, and there was no separate shower booth, so you had to put up a shower curtain in the bathtub and wash. It was close to Kim Hyun-ah, so it was convenient to eat and shop. It seems like most things are delivered as well. The pool has a great view, and if you come at the right time when there are no people around, you will be very satisfied.

Hotel down stairs is convenient, a lot of food to choice it walk few minutes have an olive young shop . Recommend

The location is good, quiet, not far from KINTEX, less than 20 minutes by taxi, but about 40 minutes by bus. The room is very clean, very nice. There are many amenities provided. There is a hair dryer, hair straightener, cream set, mustache trimmer, and comb provided. The bathroom is clean. There is a bathtub but there is no divider. May cause water to wet the floor. There are employees who clean every day. If you don't want it cleaned, you must hang a sign in front of the room. On the last day of our stay, they came to clean but forgot to bring a towel for us. Overall breakfast is ok. There is a convenience store under the hotel, very convenient. You can also walk to 7-11 as well.

It was clean and nice. The manager and staff were nice, and it was especially nice that parking was easy! It was also nice to play around Lavenice nearby!

On my first visit, I made a phone reservation and the staff waited a little because they received the guests first, but the regrets at that time were great enough to blow away. I always use this hotel for business trip to Gimpo. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Front desk can speak easy English. Their service is very good. And breakfast is also great with choices of Korean and Western style.

This is the first docking hotel. The boss is kind. I had a headache, so I asked the boss. And they saved me, and they had water that I didn't put in the refrigerator. I'm impressed by my care Friendly boss ~ Prosper and rich ~ Thank you ~ ^^
