The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Stayed in Le Roi in 2015!!Came back again in 2024!!All is good here.the property is well kept the staff is generous, courteous and helping. Cleanliness is good. The new restaurant serves delightful platters. Carrying back happy memories.......Le Roi .. the king keep roaring

There didn't seem to be many foreigners staying there, but the room was clean and spacious. There were some days when the sound was loud because of club events, but overall I was satisfied.

I recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience! The hotel's beautiful garden was serene and well-maintained, providing a perfect ambiance to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The food was simply delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. From the warm welcome to the seamless checkout, every aspect of our stay was top-notch. I highly recommend it for its excellent service, stunning gardens, and mouth-watering cuisine. Five stars aren't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!”

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport. They have an in house veg restaurant and the quality of the food as well as the portions served are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate but limited. The staff is pleasant and courteous and we did not face any major issues. On the down side, the rooms were a tad small for 2 adults. There was limited moving space. The lights too could have been more brighter. The tv and the electric kettle in the room were non functional. In-spite of informing them of the same, both were not rectified during our stay.
