Apart from the slightly high price, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel has beautiful scenery, is clean and sanitary, has free parking, has several lagoon pools, and is close to the beach. In addition, there is a unique aromatherapy in the room that is very pleasant to the smell. It is the first choice for staying in Port Douglas.

The environment is good, there are standard resort scenery, pool, pool table, bar are OK. At night, the lights under the swimming pool are dim, and it feels very suitable for the swimsuits to line up, but unfortunately the pool is not open at night. Health, the overall facilities are not bad. In the evening, the hotel restaurant can order some western food, and the price and taste are not bad. The only thing that is inconvenient is that the traffic is not convenient. If you want to go out for dinner and need to walk for more than half an hour, the hotel can also help to call the bus, but it is still not convenient.
Discover casual elegance at Peppers Beach Club, less than a 10 minute stroll from the heart of Port Douglas. Laze the day away on the lagoon pool's sun deck, or venture out to explore the Great Barrier Reef, Cape Tribulation and Four Mile Beach. Unwind in your beautiful Spa Suite, or 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom Suite - some with private swim-up pool decks. Dine on delectable local produce at our onsite restaurant Koko Poolside Bar and Kitchen, or enjoy an evening's entertainment at Macrossan Street.

Nice looking resort but too noisy & enclosed environment.. Rooms were very small for price of room. We ended cancelling 2 extra nights because it was not accommodating for couples & staff weren't really interested. Too many children in pool area &was not at all relaxing environment. Quite disappointed as we have stayed at much nicer resorts for less money.

Highly recommend the Ramada. The beach is right outside your door. The environment in the hotel is very good. There are various flowers, plants, animals and plants in the corridor. The internal restaurant is open until evening, and it is convenient to eat. is that the facilities in the room are relatively old. The price is very high, and the experience is also good. This is a family run business and the owner is a very nice guy. For the price we are quite happy with the place. It was clean and the place is spacious plus it’s in the City center. Some amenities you need to buy yourself, but it’s opposite Coles so you can buy most things if you need it. Only thing i would of preferred is a
showering head. They also had a public laundry room which was convenient.
Overall I highly recommend this place, if you are just joining tours outside and not just use hotel facilities.

I didn't pay attention when booking the room. Fortunately, I arrived at the hotel during working hours. The front desk told me that two adults and one child could not stay in a standard room. I needed to pay extra for a one-bedroom apartment. The price was reasonable at $100 for 2 nights. The one-bedroom apartment was really good, with a large bathroom, washing machine and dryer, and a simple kitchen. I bought breakfast at the supermarket and had a very rich breakfast. The whole hotel is actually an independent community, with villas, studios, and apartments. Parking is free, the environment is very good, very quiet, and a good place for vacation.

Room was ok, on the smaller side, basic.
Could do with a freshen up, I.e. rubbish bin in bathroom with rusting lid.
TV ok, had foxtel, no streaming services.
Quiet enough at night to sleep, but noisy otherwise, pool means kids up early playing and could hear people in halls/above.
Not ideal if you want a holiday sleep in.
Pool was nice, quite cool in temperature. Music definitely too loud, hard to relax with it cranking all day.
Given the reviews was better than I expected, but wouldn’t want to stay for a long trip here. More a motel than a hotel/resort.

GGuest UserThe environment is good between the town's commercial center and the beach. Parking is right at the door of the room. It is very convenient. The management staff is very hospitable. There are microwaves, refrigerators, tableware, etc. in the room. There is a public area with barbecue and a small The decoration of the swimming pool and the room is just the simple type that is typical of B&Bs, except that the quilt is not covered with a quilt cover but a layer of sheets. It is easy to come into direct contact with the repeatedly used quilt or blanket when sleeping, so I used a portable four-piece disposable bed set .
GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel, close to the beach (directly opposite) and amenities like restaurants and shopping area. Staff are friendly. Access to washing machine and dryers are a bonus. Hotel guests parked for free, which is another bonus. Great hotel highly recommended.
YYEThe breakfast is good. The swimming pool is suitable for children. The location of the hotel is more convenient to find by car. We checked in after dark. The parking lot is free. Many parking spaces are right in front of the check-in point. Very convenient
CCeleste TongWe stayed as a couple in late December, just after Christmas. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the shared swimming pool area on the ground floor. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely reception staff, who showed us the room details. The room featured a spa tub on the balcony, which we enjoyed. However, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated and old-fashioned. While the room was reasonably comfortable, we noticed some wear and tear, like chipped and scratched surfaces in the bathroom amenities and signs of overall poor maintenance. Also, the spa tub was not well-cleaned, with visible dirt and mould in the crevices, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff were welcoming and the room had its enjoyable aspects, the lack of upkeep in the facilities detracted from our experience.
GGuest UserSilkari Lagoons is an excellent choice to stay in Port Douglas.
Beautiful common area with two fully equipped BBQs, clean pools with Spa jets.
Nice service by friendly people.
Big rooms with cooking facilities, cutlery, glassware, balcony.
RRENTAOAccommodation is still very clean, there is a free breakfast to eat, it is recommended to taste its fish and chips. 10 Australian dollars 1 large plate. Many people stay here for a long time.
IIrina PesThe reception is almost always closed even during working hours but they answer the phone quickly. The location is good, the room is good, but the soundproofing is very bad
