Me and my daughter loved Madingley Hall, and the beautiful grounds. We knew about the location before we booked, so we knew it is a 15 minute taxi-ride to the centre. An excellent breakfast is included - for diner you usually have to go out. Definitely book if you are looking for a beautiful country estate, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful lawns to relax on and some peace from the busy city of Cambridge!

Karena sudah harus membayar untuk parkir (dan ini adalah tempat parkir stasiun jadi tidak murah) Anda harus membayar lebih banyak lagi untuk masuk ke Cambridge. Kecewa karena mereka tidak memiliki sesuatu yang memungkinkan orang parkir gratis jika menginap di hotel mengingat lokasinya sangat buruk dan tidak banyak apa pun di sekitar Anda. Saya juga terkejut bar hotel tidak menerima AMEX (atau uang tunai).

Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was okay, but I was disappointed with the breakfast options. There were limited gluten-free choices, and when I asked for fried eggs, I was told they don’t do that. There were no gluten-free croissants or cakes, so I ended up just having coffee and something very small compare with other people.Overall, I didn’t feel the breakfast was worth the price

I'm pleased with this accommodation where I stayed on my own for 1 night. Very clean. Shower was hot and effective. Bed was very comfortable, although the duvet did get too warm during the day and I didn't actually get a good night's sleep. No way to turn down room temperature as far as I could tell (this was end of September). Very good location. Only a 3-minute drive from the park & ride, and overnight I parked for free across from Sainsbury's, which is just 2 minutes' walk from Turing Locke. It's not in the city and would've required waiting for the bus if I were to go into the city, but didn't bother me as I quite like staying out of city. Would recommend.

Kami menginap di Holiday Inn selama 2 malam antara 30 Mei - 1 Juni 2023. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini bagus dan kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, kami telah merencanakan untuk mengunjungi pusat kota dan melihat sejarah Cambridge sehingga lokasinya penting bagi kami. . Itu hanya sebuah perjalanan singkat (5 menit) ke pusat di mana kita bisa pergi men***uh, berbelanja dan ke universitas, museum dan taman. Kami menyertakan sarapan di masa menginap kami, yang sangat saya rekomendasikan karena ada banyak pilihan makanan dan mesin pancake adalah kemenangan besar bagi kami. Satu-satunya hal yang membuat kami kecewa adalah kenyataan bahwa jubah mandi dan air yang biasanya gratis di hotel lain yang kami kunjungi, tidak termasuk dalam kamar secara gratis dan ketika kami bertanya, kami diberitahu bahwa kami dapat minum air dari kamar mandi, yang tidak menyenangkan tetapi faktor lain seperti fakta bahwa kamar kami dibersihkan secara teratur dan sarapan yang luar biasa berhasil menggantikannya.

TTamuWe had a lovely stay at this hotel — the location is excellent, just steps away from the Maths Bridge and a punting station, making it perfect for exploring Cambridge. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We also had a nice view from the balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

TTamuThis is a very retro and very beautiful hotel. The boy at the reception was very friendly and recommended travel routes for me. The breakfast was also good. If I travel to Cambridge next time, I will still choose this hotel.

TTamuI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

TTamuTravelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them.
Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) .
I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip.

TTinaHF-o-SThis was my 1st stay at Holiday Inn Express. I selected an accessible room with a wet room bathroom. I was impressed with the consideration in design of room. There were hanging hooks at 2 heights so long coats, were not draping in the ground which is the norm in other brand hotels with accessible rooms.
The hanging rail, also was at a sensible reachable height for if you were in a wheel chair or able to stand. Again without clothes/midaxi dresses draping on the floor.
There was ample space for luggage, including a luggage rack, which did not impede access or egress. There were nice touches like usb A&C connections next to bed, to charge a number of devices. Hair dryer, iron & ironing board all located in rooms along with usual tea and coffee facilities. For a budget range hotel, (£42.00 approx. per night between Christmas and New Year), it was much better than other budget brands. Bed was large, comfy and had 4 pillows. I would choose to stay again in a heartbeat. Staff very friendly & Helpful, despite the hotel being very busy.
