It is a wonderful location which gave us a lot of convenience & time. Especially Mr.Chang who is very helpful.helping us book online 3 tour destinations.he a very humble person. Beside staff ah mei also great staff which keeps checking asking to clean our room. I fully recommend staying at this hotel. Given this hotel 5 star rating.

Unfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay. Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier. Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here. For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience. The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

酒店位置好。距離榆次老城很近，交通便捷。酒店房間在24層，晚上夜景很美，雖然衹住了一天，對房間超級滿意，超出預期，房間大並且很乾凈，服務也很熱情，早餐種類豐富，長者非常滿意！
