Route 66, which is on the way from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, is the first transcontinental road in the United States, connecting Chicago, Illinois to Santa Monica near Los Angeles, California, and is approximately 3,945 km long. It is said that it played an important role in the migration of people from the East to the West during the American Depression. Route 66 was also the background for movies such as Forrest Gump, many music videos, and the Disney movie Cars. Later, due to the development of highways, Route 66 disappeared from the map in 1985, but it was restored in 2003 and has become a symbol of nostalgia and romance.
