📍For this trip, we chose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, located at 181 Wellington St W, Toronto, Ontario. The hotel is in a prime location, combining the performing arts district, sports district, entertainment district, and financial district, with the downtown convention center right across the street. It is very easy to get to, just take the new train to Union Station and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. 🌟The Ritz-Carlton is elegantly decorated and has state-of-the-art facilities. The overall design is luxurious, with a high-end and sophisticated atmosphere from the lobby to the rooms. The hotel has 267 beautifully decorated rooms, especially the 56 one-bedroom view suites, which truly offer a view of the city skyline and lake. The hotel has 20,000 square feet of meeting and event facilities, fully equipped with modern equipment, making it ideal for all types of business meetings. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, and we felt very welcome as soon as we arrived at the hotel. 🏨Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a soft bed that was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The room was well-equipped, with a large bathroom and all the amenities you could need. The Nespresso machine and spacious bathtub were a real treat after a long day. The room was also very soundproof, ensuring a quiet night. 🍽There are many recommended restaurants around the hotel, such as Casa Madera, Harriet's Rooftop Toronto, and 1 Kitchen, all worth a try. After leaving the convention center, we enjoyed authentic Toronto cuisine at Black + Blue, which was satisfying in both taste and ambiance. Inside the hotel, the all-day restaurant offers contemporary Canadian cuisine that is not to be missed. 🤗Although The Ritz-Carlton offers first-class service and facilities, the only downside is that the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim, which can be a bit of a hassle for morning makeup.
