The Memorial Hall of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is located in Sichuanbei Road Park, No. 1468 Sichuanbei Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai. It covers an area of approximately 3,040 square meters, with a basic exhibition hall area of approximately 1,839 square meters. It is a social science museum with a historical theme. The Memorial Hall of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China officially opened on July 1, 2006. The main exhibition halls are "Rising Clouds and Surging Waves," "Historical Monument," "Awakening of Workers and Peasants," and "Red Hongkou."
