Xisha Mingzhu Lake Scenic Area is divided into: 1️⃣ Mingzhu Lake Park (No. 333 Sanhua Road) To get to the Rainbow Bridge in Mingzhu Lake: ① Walk 3 km ② Rent a bike and ride to the Rainbow Bridge to return it (smart electric bikes cannot be returned at the Rainbow Bridge) ③ Take a one-way tour bus to the South Wharf Station (CNY 15/person) ❤️ Attractions ① Three Islands Platform → Right ② Floating Bridge ③ Goose Release (10:30/14:00) ❤️ ④ Breeding Area for Water Deer ❌ (I walked around a few times and didn't see any water deer) ⑤ Slanted House ❌ (The ground is simply slanted, nothing special) ← Left ① Amphibious Vehicle (You can see how it differs from a regular vehicle) ② Migratory Bird Viewing Area (There are special viewing windows) ⚠️: Migratory Bird Viewing Area: November to March ③ Fish Specimen Museum 🐟❌ (Not very interesting) ④ Children's Playground (You can play here with your kids) Mingzhu Lake Viewing Stone Rainbow Bridge 2️⃣ Xisha Wetland National Geological Park (No. 588 Baohu Road) To get to the Rainbow Bridge in Xisha Wetland, walk 2 km ❤️ Attractions ① Water Forest (The water redwoods are amazing) ② Tidal Avoidance Mound (You can overlook the distance) ③ Bird Watching Tower (You can see the reed marshes and sunset) ④ Reed Pavilion ⚠️: ① Keep warm when watching the sunset in winter ② It's really hard to get a taxi here The two parks are connected to each other and you can choose where to play via the Rainbow Bridge ⚠️ The Rainbow Bridge in Xisha Wetland will be closed during the tide 2. ⏳ 1️⃣ Scenic Area Opening Hours: 8:30–16:00 (Open until 16:30 on weekends and holidays) 2️⃣ 🆓 Free admission, no reservation required during holidays 3. Transportation 1️⃣ Scenic Area Tour Bus ① Ticket Price: CNY 30/person (Free for children under 1.3 m) ② Starting Station 8 km around the lake You can transfer with a ticket within one circle Starting Station → North Wharf Station → Fish Specimen Museum Station → South Wharf Station → Huaxi Station → Goose Release Station → Terminal Station ⚠️: Shuttle buses are suspended during long holidays 2️⃣ Scenic Area Parking Fee: ① Free for half an hour ② 🚗 Small Car: CNY 20/time ③ 🚌 Large Car: CNY 40/time 📌: The same applies to charging in the scenic area 4. 🚫 Tents⛺, pets🐾, children's toy cars, children's scooters🛴, balance bikes, four-wheel scooters🛹, pedal-free bikes, gliding bikes, kites🪁, electric wheelchairs🦼, and other items are prohibited in the scenic area.
