Here, we introduce two beloved countries: Turkey and Thailand. The Turkey Pavilion is located in the Connecting Life Zone and generally requires little to no waiting time. Its bright red building adorned with hot air balloons immediately identifies it as Turkey. After passing through the rotating globe and a Japanese-guided magic mirror, visitors enter the shopping area. This section showcases and sells handcrafted items with centuries-old traditions, such as Turkish ceramics and glazed pottery. These colorful creations are meticulously hand-painted by artisans. Mosaic lamps, a quintessential Turkish art form, feature cut colored glass pieces covering uniquely shaped lamp bases—an unmissable souvenir when visiting Turkey. Wool-made Turkish hot air balloon ornaments are also quite popular. Designed around Thailand's SMILE strategy, it introduces future visions such as medical care, healthy communities, and lifestyle laboratories. The architecture features mirrored pavilions and giant elephants, embodying the essence of Thailand. The pavilion's design firm, Architects 49, is highly renowned. They are the creators of One Bangkok, the largest shopping mall in Bangkok, and are known for their ability to convey sophistication through minimalist lines. Upon entry, there is an interactive session where staff teach a few Thai words. Inside the exhibition area, giant projection videos showcasing Thai cuisine and scenic beauty will make visitors eager to plan a trip to Thailand.
