The path down to the underwater palace

Those who are into the spiritual and Naga traditions must not miss this temple. You can take the Chiang Khong route to get there. The temple is right next to the Mekong River. There are hair relics and footprints from the Buddha. This temple is famous for Naga. It is believed that this temple was built right at the entrance of the Naga to the underground palace. After going down the stairs to the water's edge, you will see a large whirlpool and a statue of Phraya Sri Sutho and Mae Ya. Now there is a frame before building a large statue of Grandfather Sri Sutho. Anyone who wants to join in building can donate to the temple.
