This restaurant offers a unique all-you-can-eat experience divided into four rounds! It is also a pet-friendly establishment that actively supports the rescue of stray cats and dogs, with its interior decor featuring adorable dog-themed designs. The restaurant provides two levels of all-you-can-eat options: the $288 "Foodie Set" and the $368 "Gourmet Set," with the main difference being the quality of beef. Today, I opted for the $288 set, which was more than sufficient. It also includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and beers are available at a 40% discount, making them quite affordable. The dining experience is divided into four rounds: appetizers, sashimi starters, main dishes, and the grand finale—a hot pot feast. This segmented approach satisfies multiple cravings in one go. Starting with appetizers, the menu includes sweet potato fries, karaage fried chicken, fried intestines, and chicken feet in abalone sauce. You can place your order even before everyone arrives, enjoying the food while waiting. The karaage chicken stands out with its crispy, thin coating and juicy, tender interior. The chicken feet are flavorful and easy to bite, while the intestines are chewy and aromatic—all freshly prepared. The sashimi starter features a trio platter with botan shrimp, surf clams, and salmon. The botan shrimp sashimi is sweet and smooth, the salmon sashimi is thick and satisfying, and the surf clams are chewy with a refreshing sweetness. Additionally, for the restaurant's 4th anniversary, they offer a complimentary bowl of double-boiled chicken soup with conch and fish maw, reminiscent of homemade flavors with a fresh and lingering taste. Next comes the main dish, where you can choose one of three options: the classic chicken pot, sour fish soup, or the seasonal spring special—clam pot. However, the sour fish soup's enticing blend of sour and spicy flavors won me over. The fish slices are tender and boneless, with a truly springy texture. The sourness of the pickled vegetables is just right, instantly whetting the appetite. Paired with starchy potato noodles, it forms a perfect combination, making this dish alone worth half the price. Moving on to the grand finale, the hot pot offers a variety of soup bases. The newly introduced satay enoki beef brisket soup base is a delightful surprise, with a rich peanut aroma rivaling that of renowned hot pot restaurants. The broth is so flavorful that dipping sauces are unnecessary. The one-time seafood platter is generously portioned, featuring fresh shrimp, clams, half-shell scallops, grass carp, eel slices, fresh scallops, and mussels, filling the entire tray with fresh and sweet flavors. Other hot pot ingredients can be ordered via QR code. I highly recommend the premium beef neck, which is tender and well-balanced in flavor and fat, leaving a lasting impression. Meat and meatballs are unlimited, with no restrictions on order quantity or time. Additionally, there’s a variety of vegetables available, including pre-arranged vegetable platters—a blessing for those with decision fatigue. Finally, dessert includes lychee and mango-flavored ice cream paired with popping boba for an exceptional texture.
