Well deserved 5 stars hotel. Our stay there has been fantastic. On check in process, Ahn was very informative. She gave us a lot suggestions that helps our trip to Sapa. Facilities are very nice, building is very beautiful.
The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.
Wow, oh wow!
First off, I’d like to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Hana. (If you’re reading this, Hana — you were so accommodating!) Thank you for being incredibly friendly and informative, from helping us book the VIP van to arranging for our room to be on a high floor with a bathtub — you were amazing!
Second, the room with the valley view — wow, just wow. I’ll let the photos in the review speak for themselves.
The location is also a big plus — it’s honestly just a 5–8 minute walk to the city centre!
Go ahead and book it now! 😂
The terraced fields, air and scenery outside are all nice, but it’s a little far from the city, and many taxis think it’s too far (they can only do one business). Next time I will have the chance to come again in June-October and see more beautiful scenery.
The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria.
Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality.
The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan.
The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western.
The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions.
Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.
Very very satisfied, especially like the decoration style, the room is very good, clean and sanitary, the bed is very comfortable, large floor-to-ceiling windows, various coffee drinks at the front desk on the third floor of the hotel, the children have a lot of fun, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, especially good
the hotel exterior, interior decorations and the way it has been built on the slope/ hill is quite interesting. the staff are very friendly, attentive & meets beyond expectations. breakfast offers quite the range from asian to western. the infinity pool is a bit small but the mountain view is amazing.
Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive.
Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable.
Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside.
Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.
Originally Bamboo Sapa Hotel is not our first option but because of the location (which is the best) so we opted to stay here and its the best decision of our trip. The lobby is spacious and clean, the staffs are great specially Julie which made our stay a breeze because she speaks english really well. The room is impressive, spacious, clean and we got a corner balcony which we loved so much. The buffet breakfast has good options, special mention the Pho, breads and yoghurt. Everything is well arranged. Highly recommended!
We had such a lovely stay at the Sapa Farmstay! The local family running the establishment is warm, friendly, and hospitable. We ate dinner with them twice—the food was beyond delicious and fresh, and I loved the family-style atmosphere during mealtime.
The rooms were just like the photos: comfy, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of hotel-style amenities! The only minor drawback was the hot water…it was quite cold in Sapa during our visit in January, and the hot water never lasted more than 3 minutes or so during showers. This was a minor issue, though, and we will for sure re-book when we return to Sapa again!

Great
EEva CatharinaThis place is a bit outside Sa Pa town (5km) but it means it is close to a couple of the hiking trails through the ethnic villages. It is easy to book a taxi in/out of the village with the hotel owner if needed and you can probably rent a motorcycle in town if you want (I just walked in and out since the views are nice). Great views over the valley from the chalet, the chalet is nice and it is a perfect place for a few days if relaxing. It has a lovely swimming pool. The owner is great and very helpful and they make fantastic food so no need to worry about dinner (the salmon dishes were particularly nice and seem to be their own recipe).

GGuest UserOur stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

HHazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
RRumingI was looking for a centrally located hotel that comes with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountainous.
The Delasol hotel checks all of the requirements for me. Check-in staff was also helpful and accorded early check-in for me at around 11:30am.
Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a conveniently located hotel with good service!
AAung***The hotel is so peaceful with nice view. The breakfast is good. The hotel reception is very helpful. Buying tickets for the Fansipan Mountain trip, Currency Exchange and may be also motor bike rental for driving around the city can be made via Hotel Reception.
LLuthfil Hadi Bin Muhammad AshrafI recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Yen Hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. Best of all, it is a few meters away from Sapa Sun Plaza and we are greeted with a view with the railway track.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail – from the quality of the toiletries to the seamless check-in process. The hotel’s location was also fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options.
Overall, I highly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future!

AAnonymous UserThis property is a family-run hotel, so guests should not expect the level of service typically found at chain hotels with dedicated departments.
Location is a major advantage — the hotel is situated in the center of Sapa, within walking distance to SunWorld Fansipan Legend, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Accommodation and Facilities: The facilities are basic and reflect the nature of a budget or mid-range guesthouse. Rooms are equipped with physical keys, and electricity is activated via a plastic key insert. Soundproofing is minimal, and room construction is modest, with noticeable gaps above doors and large interior windows that may affect privacy.
The hotel lacks an intercom system and, assistance is provided by family members. Guests need to use their personal phones to contact the owners if support is needed.
Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience.
Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations.
Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.
