Located about 10km (10 to 15 mins) from Masjid Al Haram. Front desk staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast as I pre booked and paid online as room rates were very reasonable. The room is very clean,comfortable, and accommodating. Good for a family of 4, 2 adults & 2 children.

Everything good. Only the amenities limited. No brush teeth, no floor towel, no slippers. But overall ok. I like it. The room is clean en big, easy to get taxi/ uber, staff friendly. Thank you

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

Wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Marriot Hotel for my Umrah. The hotel is great and the staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious suitable for families. They have 2 options to go to Haram which was buggy ride or shuttle bus. All is convenient and they have regular service. My only concern was thier clogged bathroom but still bearable. Just wondering if the 5 star hotel also faced this problem. Overall was good and we had a pleasant stay for our Umrah.

Good Hotel but when you want to go to Haram then 2 hours early you need to take the shuttle bus because you need a transfer bus then walk to reach Haram Nearly 1 hour of any prayer close the gate to enter Haram inside the hall When you want to go back to the hotel from Haram you still need 1 hour The rooms are good the breakfast is very good the staff is also good

Everything was good. My recommendation to the hotel is to offer separate feet and face towels. One more thing is that there was a demolition of some building in the vicinity behind the Address Jabal Omar Hotel that caused a lot of dust. Though not the hotel's fault, it could complain to the authorities or tell the construction company to use screens or mesh to keep the dust inside the demolition site.

Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

The wall between our room and the room beside us has no soundproofing, so all the sound from there reaches us, causing us great annoyance.

Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was truly pleasant. The warm welcome extended by the staff created an excellent first impression. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, being only a 5-minute walk from the Haram and Kaaba. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. We look forward to choosing Elaf Kinda Hotel again for our future visits.
