The hotel has a great location near many attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The environment is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are modern and comfortable. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing stay.

- It was Super noisy at night time, and I didn't sleep well. The hotel locates at the cross, it was super noisy even at 1-2 am. There was a lot of engine noise from the racing cars outside of the windows. - We booked the King size Suits with lake view, however, it is at level 4, there are not many lake views, and the window is pretty high. - There is no water or any drinks in the mini bar. - We didn't set any alarm. However, the alarm in the room woke me up at 6 am!

Location is excellent if you’re transferring in Chicago, staff are nice, water pressure is a bit low in the shower, the hotel is a bit old, but it’s good so far for a night to wait for the transfer flight

It was a pleasant experience and we will stay in this hotel in the future for sure and will also try Avid Hotel in other locations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was spic and span, the staff was excellent, parking of car was not an issue at all, next to O'Hare Airport and convenient from every aspect.

A historic hotel with accessible prices if you get a discounted offer. It’s a shame they don’t offer breakfast but the location makes up for it, right on the magnificent mile. Our room was confortable but the A/C unit was too noisy.

It was a nice, clean and tidy place to stay. It seems like a lot of Koreans stay here. You can get there right from the airport by subway, and you can walk to all the nearby tourist attractions. I think I'll stay here again next time I come to Chicago.

Hotel location is good, but the credit card amount when deducting the fee is not the same as the original reservation, now the bill has not been released, do not know the calculation, dizzy

The hotel is in a great location, just on Michigan Road. The scenery is outstanding, and the lake view is great when the weather is good. Shopping is so convenient, you can walk directly to the water tower, where various stores meet your shopping needs.

Although the hotel is relatively old but the equipment can.The room is big enough, the gym although small but can barely do some exercise.A walk out for a minute or two is the Golden Mile, very convenient.The breakfast options are very small, strangely not even Vegetable salads, can only be said to be filling.

It is a very good hotel, I have been here three times. Good staffs! I left my jacket in breakfast hall and didn’t realize it till it was cold 2 days later…and I asked the staff during my breakfast, she immediately went to find it out for me! Warm feeling now…

Strong praise! First of all, the pillows are very comfortable. The first hotel pillow allows me to sleep without neck pain. Secondly, the slippers and bathrobe are great! No need to call the front desk to take off your shoes. Next, the coffee machine has great reviews, lots of cups and lots of different flavors. The hotel room is very spacious and has a Bluetooth speaker. Very comfortable! Service: Very considerate, the front desk staff are very warm and considerate. Facilities: There is no dining in the hotel, there is a bathtub and shower in the room, and the toilet is very spacious. Cleanliness: Very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

The overall hardware and software environment is very good, breakfast can also be enough seats, may line up. Location 10 km drive to Outlet, very close to the city of Nebowell about 4 km. There are a lot of food and shopping there.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pullout bed from the couch was broken. The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast buffet could’ve used a few more options for $20/person, no bacon, no pancakes or waffle maker.

The hotel is clean and convenient. There is breakfast, a formal American breakfast, and you can also have a full meal at noon and in the afternoon. It is suitable for travel and leisure, and also for business trips. The transportation is also convenient, and there are enough parking spaces.

This place was awesome and I must say very clean and the pillows..... I had to come home and order my own , the stay was very pleasant

The room was clean and the environment was good. The staff was not very nice. I clearly booked a twin room, but they insisted on giving me a large bed and a sofa bed. Finally, after I took out the order, they reluctantly gave me the room I booked. In addition, the hair dryer was broken. It couldn't be used.

The breakfast was generous, a little far away, suitable for children, there is parking lot, there is a free car to pick up and go to the mall, 5 kilometers free, the waiters are very welcoming.

The coin-operated washing and drying machines are also helpful. I originally planned to stay for two days, but I liked it so much that I stayed an extra day. I will definitely stay here next time I have a chance to go to Chicago.
