Hotel Dengan spa di Illinois, Amerika Serikat

Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim.

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

Fasilitasnya kelas satu, keamanan publiknya bagus, dan hotel barunya memiliki beban sirkuit yang bagus. Sehari sebelumnya, hotel di sebelahnya dengan harga yang sama mengalami tegangan yang tidak stabil saat pengering rambut dicolokkan. Harganya beberapa ratus RMB lebih mahal daripada hotel bintang lima yang sama. Ruangannya jauh lebih besar dan dilengkapi dengan oven microwave, kompor induksi, dan oven. Jika saya datang ke Chicago lagi, saya akan memilih Trump.

Searched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.

Great location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc. Location was fab.

Hilton Hotel adalah hotel yang sudah lama berdiri dengan sejarah lebih dari 150 tahun, memiliki ***a Amerika yang mulia dan kuno. Lokasinya sangat sentral. Namun, tidak ada bus antar-jemput ke dan dari bandara hotel Port charger USB di kamar tamu. Soket listriknya sudah tua dan tidak berguna. Ada lebih dari selusin yang tidak bisa digunakan untuk mendapatkan listrik. Saya minta layanan kamar selama setengah jam dan tidak ada orang di sana telepon, saya pergi ke lobi untuk mencari meja depan. Ketika ada banyak tamu yang check-in, petugas meja depan mengatakan dia tidak punya dan akan meminta bantuan staf layanan kamar kembali ke kamar tamu untuk menunggu. Alhasil, tidak ada staf yang datang sampai saya tidur. Menginap selama lima malam. Pada malam ketiga, manajer meja depan, seorang Jingran Tionghoa-Amerika, berbicara bahasa Inggris kepada saya, seorang anak laki-laki Hong Kong, dan tiba-tiba meminta untuk pindah kamar keesokan harinya. Jing pindah kamar sebelum jam 3 sore pada hari itu setelah menyelesaikan maraton. Kedua kalinya Setelah lari maraton di hari yang sama, saya tidak bisa mendapatkan kartu kamar untuk membuka pintu. Saya pergi ke lobi untuk menggantinya dan meminta pelayan untuk membantu membawa barang bawaan saya. Alhasil kami harus menunggu lagi, dan tidak ada petugas yang datang membantu, jadi kami pindah sendiri sambil menyeret dua tas besar. Saya sangat lelah malam itu sehingga saya makan malam di hotel, mandi dan tidur. Keesokan harinya saya membuka bagasi saya dan mencari uang tunai dan kartu kredit, tetapi saya memberi tahu staf kamar, dan dia kata satpam tersebut.Setelah beberapa saat, seorang satpam datang dan mengatakan bahwa mereka bisa memeriksa di kamar tamu tempat saya menginap sebelumnya.Setelah mencari, saya tidak menemukan apa pun yang tertinggal tidak ada video pengawasan di koridor di lantai, saya tidak dapat menemukan siapa yang memasuki kamar saya. Saya disuruh pergi ke kantor polisi terdekat untuk melaporkan kejadian tersebut. We absolutely ADORED our stay at the Goldmoor Inn! What an incredible weekend! No detail went unnoticed, the room was sparkling clean, the staff and owners were kind and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge two of our three nights, and we dined at the Goldmoor Restaurant on our final night -- and it was spectacular! The food, service, ambiance, everything was amazing! The setting of the Goldmoor had fantastic views and the peaceful tranquility of the grounds was so enjoyable. We stayed in the Irish Cottage that had a rockwall waterfall shower...delightful! The breakfast each morning outdid itself, and we always looked forward to the next day's. Just WOW; I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere so quaint and perfect.
