Excellent hospitality, from booking until room services. They provided shuttle services to the airport too very convenient. There's indoor and outdoor swimming pool with spacious changing room. The in room dining was delicious and great value, better than ordering foodpanda or grab!

Thankfully, we picked this hotel! Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but the window view was also excellent. The in-room music was a delightful touch – I absolutely loved it. It turns out this is considered the top hotel in the area; I even heard the Prime Minister stays here, and I can totally believe it! Despite that, the room rate we paid wasn't excessive, making it fantastic value for money! 👍

Overall, it was a great stay 👍🏻the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also loved the beautiful view. However, I noticed a false eyelash on the blanket on my last day, which made me unsure whether the sheets or blanket had been changed before my stay 😬especially since I don’t use false eyelashes. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. Also, it would be even better if the breakfast had more variety. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short trip to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next trip.

Bathroom The bathroom is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, featuring a large vanity mirror with excellent lighting, perfect for getting ready. The walk-in glass shower feels upscale, with quality fixtures and good water pressure. The overall design – white subway tiles paired with darker flooring – strikes a nice balance between contemporary and classic hotel elegance. I had a great stay at Meritin Hotel. The location is excellent within walking distance to Kuching Waterfront, Chinatown, and many great local eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering good value for the price.i really appreciate the simple welcoming notes inside room. For women, they also give iron and iron board Got kiblat direction inside room Only my request is, can help to provide sejadah as well?

The hotel room is big and clean, surrounding having few restaurants for food and meal.

I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. One of the best hotels in Kuching! Perhaps one of the hotels that provides private & top notch security parking areas. For breakfast, they provided both continental and local food. Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staffs too!

We stayed here for a long weekend staycation. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, especially at night. I also enjoyed the TV, which had plenty of free movies to choose from. However, the toilet was a bit smelly and not very clean, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear kids playing and screaming in the next room quite clearly. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but the food served was still delicious. Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for tourists who want convenience and a nice view, but maybe not the best option if you’re looking for a quiet or intimate vacation.
