Hotel Dengan parkir di Prefektur Miyagi, Jepang

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Anda benar-benar tidak bisa mengalahkan lokasi ini. Pelayanannya juga luar biasa dan membuat pengalaman menginap sangat menyenangkan. Kamar berukuran sedang dan pemandangannya bagus, menghadap ke stasiun bus dan ke toko-toko dll. Akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun

I had a pleasant stay with my friends for 7 days. The price was so good that we decided to have our own room for each of us. The size is decent, I could wide open my large luggage without any trouble walking around the room. The location is not bad, like 10mins walk from the JR Sendai Station, and quite close to the most popular restaurants in Sendai.

Staff speaks English. Public bath on top floor. Good sized corner superior room with nice view. Comfortable mattress. Would be good if the window in the bathroom has adjustable shade for privacy and view. Breakfast area crowded

Mungkin hotel terbaik sepanjang perjalanan Tokyo - Tohoku saya. Relatif luas, staf berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik, spa onsen sangat terjangkau untuk para tamu, berjalan kaki dari stasiun Sendai, hotel memiliki desain unik Eropa abad ke-18, tempat tidur nyaman, fasilitas baik. Satu-satunya hal adalah spa onsen tidak mengizinkan tamu bertato, yang dapat menimbulkan sedikit masalah mengingat masyarakat yang bebas dan terbuka saat ini. Mungkin pihak hotel bisa membatasinya hanya dengan membatasi tamu dengan ”lengan tato” atau semacamnya. Tato kecil lucu di sekujur tubuh tidak serta merta menimbulkan persepsi negatif. Saya memiliki 3 tato kecil di tubuh saya dan saya masih pergi ke onsen selama di luar jam sibuk, hanya untuk menghormati (saya sendirian dan akan pergi jika itu menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan bagi tamu lain). Tapi saya suka hotel ini secara keseluruhan. Sangat dianjurkan.

Hotel ini agak jauh dari stasiun, tetapi memiliki pemandian umum yang bagus. Jika saya punya kesempatan untuk datang ke Sendai lagi, saya mungkin akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di hotel ini lagi. Saya juga merekomendasikannya kepada semua orang.
