酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back if visiting portugal again.

在辛特拉“被虐”後來到里斯本休整，這家酒店事實證明是很好的選擇。位置絕佳，周圍商店、餐廳很多，步行到河邊以及arco Augusta很方便。房間寬敞，酒店提供的各種附加服務超棒，感覺回到了國內酒店，比如飲用水暢飲，大堂零食暢享受。 酒店還提供免費早餐送到客房！ 位於負一樓的健身房也是一個特點，居然周圍環境是羅馬遺跡！ 特別感謝禮賓部的Nuno 先生，在我離開酒店去Évora當日被迫放棄事先預訂的uber（司機要求取消訂單付款現金）時，迅速為我安排了一輛很舒適的車以及很專業的司機安全把我送達Évora，刷卡付款，還很熱情地推薦給我當地他帶家人去過的餐廳。 總之四晚入住體驗很好，酒店的服務很到位。

Bel hôtel, accueil agréable et toujours disponible, surclassement dans une jolie suite rendant le séjour encore plus confortable, bonne qualité de literie. La gestion de l’éclairage est un peu complexe, il faut prendre le coup de main. Petit déjeuner bon et qualitatif mais un peu classique, nous aurions apprécié quelques spécialités locales. Le spa est appréciable en fin de journée mais nécessite quelques travaux d’entretien.

The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。
