Tiba di jam yang tidak lazim, pukul 3 pagi, dan tidak tahu bagaimana cara menuju hotel. Kesan yang sangat campur aduk, agak negatif. Kamarnya sangat kotor, dinding, rak, pancuran, rasanya tidak ada yang pernah membersihkan debu dan kotoran di sana. Tempat tidurnya terbuat dari kain linen putih, tetapi melihat semua yang ada di sekitarnya, rasanya menakutkan untuk duduk di tempat tidur, apalagi tidur, juga tidak menyenangkan untuk masuk ke kamar mandi. Ada sebuah toko tepat di sebelah hotel, jika Anda berjalan menyusuri jalan, Anda dapat menemukan tempat makan, ada banyak makashnitsy di malam hari. Pusat perbelanjaan yang kami lihat terbengkalai, di sebuah gedung besar ada beberapa tempat yang menjual makanan dan pakaian. Agar tidak duduk di kamar yang kotor, kami berjalan-jalan di sekitar kota. Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive.
There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

和朋友出遊選了這家離美蘭機場近的旅租，真的太選對了！從機場過來沒幾分鐘，拖着行李箱一點不費勁，完美適配我們趕早班機的行程~
房間一進門就很驚喜，衞生做得超到位，床單被罩都是乾乾淨淨的，地板也鋥亮，完全沒有異味；環境特別安靜，關上門基本聽不到外界聲音，晚上睡得特別踏實；前台小姐姐服務特別熱情，辦理入住速度超快，還主動問我們需不需要幫忙拿行李，細節滿滿；設施也很新，雙床寬敞又舒服，連洗漱用品的質感都不錯！
本來衹是隨便訂的過渡酒店，結果體驗感直接拉滿，性價比高到離譜！已經安利給其他要飛海口的朋友了，下次來肯定還住這兒~

BBarbora L.A major downside was that even at 9:30 in the morning, towels were not prepared at the pool, and we had to wait quite a long time for them.
Also, be aware that the beach does not have sufficient capacity of sunbeds or towels, so it’s better to bring one from the hotel.
It would be nice if the staff, both at the pool and in the restaurant, had a more polished and consistent grooming standard. Some of the uniforms looked worn out, with faded T-shirts.
On the positive side, the hotel is continuously maintained, which is a plus. It is a nice hotel with good kids’ activities, although it is worth mentioning that it is starting to show some signs of wear.
Another advantage is the variety of shopping and dining options around the hotel.
A trip to Yalong Tropical Paradise Forest Park is just a few minutes away and definitely worth visiting.
For English-speaking guests, Sophie was a great help. She checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was fine, and she was very kind and helpful. However, the rest of the staff mostly speak only Russian and Chinese.
This is also reflected in the breakfast area, where many of the dishes are labeled only in Russian and Chinese. An English translation would be highly appreciated.

TTulippinoHotel feels very old fashioned style and service attitude wasn’t so nice. At 3 room wasn’t ready and no one even apologised and even didn’t offer us water. We got the room only at 4:00 and it was very disappointing just opposite the elevator, despite the fact that we asked room away from elevator in advance. They tried to change us another room but also opposite the elevator. Finally manager helped us to solve this issue and offered us better room in better condition and with beautiful view. Hotel area and swimming pool is good and pleasant, but for this money you can get much better conditions in new modern hotel.

EE.DeI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. The food was tasty with lots of options, and the hotel itself felt very comfortable and welcoming.
I want to give a special thanks to the room attendant, Xi Qiang. He was so kind and attentive, always keeping my room clean and cozy. His friendly service truly made me feel at home.
Overall, this hotel has everything you need – great location, good food, a nice atmosphere, and wonderful staff. I would be happy to come back again and highly recommend it to others.

TTamuThe Banyan Tree Resort Sanya in my personal opinion one of the best holiday resorts I have ever experienced It was absolutely perfect, the resort environment was amazing and the attention to detail was beyond 5 stars. The staff at the hotel were all able to speak in english to me and made my visit very convenient. The front office manager Iris was not only extremely friendly but also absolutely amazing in accommodating everything I asked for in a very prompt and professional manner.
The private beach at the resort was amazing with very calm and clean waters making relaxing at this resort devine, the facilities at this resort are immaculate , everything from the restaurant, corridors to perfectly stocked souvenir shop was amazing.
The resort is located a 10 minute taxi to the local town we enjoyed water activities such as surfing and diving we participated in and a selection of restaurants for all pallets however the restaurant at the hotel was delicious with a range of western and Chinese food. We choose the wagu burger and pizza and the food tasted exactly as we get back home.
I Fully recommend the Banyan Tree Resort Sanya to any westerners looking for a premium resort in Chinas paradise island.
