TTamuOverall very good, but we could've used some more towels, the desk chair was very uncomfortable, not much space for suitcases. Decor was great however, all the support for unique art is greatly appreciated and the staff was great.

TTamuWe had a wonderful stay at the El Monte Sagrado hotel. We had mistakenly booked an accessible room, and wanted a tub in our room. Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful, and switched us into another room, brought us new keys and escorted us to a room with a wonderful tub. We were there on the last night of our honeymoon, and the staff added wonderful little perks and touches to make our honeymoon extra special. When it started raining, the valet staff had complimentary umbrellas on hand for our trip into town. In short, The El Monte Sagrado is a wonderful place with great service!

TTamuWe booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

TTamuAlthough being old it has been reasonably updated.
There isn't much near to the hotel, but it's easy access to a main avenue.
When I checked in I was rushed through the process like if there was lots of people behind me... but no just me so I'm not sure why the front desk was in such a hurry. Also I wanted to use the safe at the front desk but they didn't have the 2nd key so the put my valuables in the managers office, so not quite the same as next day it was a bit hectic as the staff was figuring where were my valuables. In the end all worked out.

TTamuA nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza.
Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage.

BBiankaMOur stay at the Sage in was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with both check-in, check out, and any additional questions we had. The restaurant and bar located on site is amazing. And there's a great salad place about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (Vinaigrette). We were able to walk 10 minutes to the farmers market as well on saturday! The location is great and close to anything you need to do in Santa Fe.

TTamuImpecable room, very comfortable and so quiet that makes it easy to oversleeping :)
The location is very convenient.
Pool is ok (outdoor or on the roof would have been better than indoors). Also, there is no hot tub, and whileni can understand it is crazy to use one in summer, I can see it being handy in winter and spring...
The bar is nice, but it would have benefited from being a bit away from the checking lobby to have a better atmosphere and lighting.
Overall: recommended!
