Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. 很美很讚的度假酒店，在靈峯度假區，自然風光絕美，空氣清新，整體環境乾淨清爽。帶娃出行選了孩子喜歡的大熊豪華大床房，確實可愛，不捨得離開。園子裏有不同風格的建築和房型，錯落有致，很多都想去去體驗下。擺渡車多且快，來回大堂，房間、餐廳、遊樂場特別方便。接觸過的每一位工作人員都很好，温和、耐心、高效，恰到好處的熱情和周到，真正的好服務，特別難得，必須點贊，給管家小吳點贊！

Kamar memiliki pemandangan indah dan sangat tenang. Bantalnya sangat nyaman untuk tidur malam. Kekurangannya saat ke sana sedang hujan, jadi kurang nyaman jalan-jalan di bar oksigen alami, di bak mandi tidak ada tas mandi sekali pakai, jadi bisa diperbaiki. Saya ingin minum di bar pada malam hari, dan bertanya kepada staf apakah bar buka sampai jam 8.30. Saya tidak tahu mengapa bar itu tutup ketika saya berjalan ke sana pada jam 7.30. Saya hanya bisa bermain dengan bebek liar di bar pintu sebentar... Ada buah-buahan selamat datang di kamar, makanan ringan gratis, dan kabin kepala pelayan Dia sangat sabar, menanggapi pesan dengan cepat, dan bahkan dengan hati-hati mengirimi kami beberapa botol air mineral di malam hari. Meminta taksi dari kamar juga sangat cepat, biasanya dalam satu atau dua menit. Namun, taksi itu berhenti berkali-kali di jalan dan entah kenapa terus berhenti. Sopirnya bahkan tidak menanyakan keberadaannya di mana pergi dan pergi. Pada akhirnya, dia harus berbicara dengan pengurus rumah tangga Xiaofang untuk segera mendapatkan taksi. . Ada banyak hewan kecil yang bisa kamu ajak berinteraksi dari dekat, Rakun kecil dan Humong lucu banget! Keesokan harinya cuaca cerah dan saya melihat seekor monyet kecil. Bibi saya membiarkan monyet itu pulang dan membujuknya. Untuk pertama kalinya, saya mengira monyet itu sedikit lucu. Sarapannya sia-sia. Jerapah yang disuruh front desk sehari sebelumnya tidak keluar untuk sarapan juga keluar. Agak pedas sarapan bersama burung unta dan jerapah...tapi tidak mempengaruhi kesenangan anak-anak . Sebagai seseorang yang sering mengunjungi hotel terkenal sepanjang tahun, saya akan memberikannya nilai 7 dari 10. 10 poin untuk kabin kepala pelayan. Berikan acungan jempol pada kepala pelayan. Akhirnya ketika saya hendak berangkat dan menunggu bus, saya menemukan dua buah bantal berjemur di dermaga batu pinggir jalan, berlumuran cairan berwarna putih, ini kesan yang buruk.

Kamarnya tidak kecil dan cukup memuaskan, pemandangan dari platform rooftop bagus, bisa melihat Danau Barat... Sarapannya juga enak, dekat dengan Danau Barat di sekitar Danau Barat. Hangzhou adalah salah satu kota favorit saya di Tiongkok. Saya hanya mengunjunginya sekali dan berkali-kali setiap saat. Keseluruhan konstruksi Hangzhou mempertahankan ***a aslinya, terutama vegetasi hijau subur, yang membuat orang rileks dan nyaman... Nantikan lain kali!

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

My room smelled like cigarettes which is relatively normal for China, BUT! I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

I would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants. Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services: 1. Cady of the reception Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure. 2. Cora (陈丽) Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior. 3. Cavan Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP. The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.
