TTamuThe hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time.
The only good thing is the beach is very nice.

TTatyana GolubevaУже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Как всегда сервис на высоте. Попросила дать выбор номеров, сходила посмотрела и выбрала более мне понравившийся. Все убирают чисто и с утра, воду приносят. Вид очень красивый. Завтраки понравились. Ужины стали хуже, выбор меньше и довольно скудный для этой категории отеля. Очень понравился Спа, сотрудники, особенно нерусскоговорящие очень приветливые ( девушка- казашка общается нагловато, остаётся неприятный осадок). Около бассейна тоже приятно полежать. На балконе удобный лежак. А этот раз были новые мягкие халаты больших размеров. Почему то не было шапочки для душа и щетки с пастой, непонятно иногда есть, иногда нет. Очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля - тарелку фруктов и бутылочку вина. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернусь. Приятно, что персонал очень быстро реагирует на просьбы. Много русскоговорящих.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am
Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses
Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on ,
There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area ,
The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange ,
Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table ,
Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work

Ssviatoslav migunovЛучшее в отеле, это конечно же шведский стол. Выбор блюд для бюджетной пятерки очень большой. Всегда на ужин есть рыба. Качество приготовления неплохое. Всегда немного недосоленое и недоперченое, но приправ и соусов на раздаче очень много. Алкоголь тоже вроде бы очень приличный, хотя я не специалист в этом. Есть пиво Туборг, красное и белое вино, джин, водка, ром. Выпечка на любителя, для меня через чур сладкая, но её много. Очень много разных видов салатов. Фрукты: бананы, сливы, виноград, груши, яблоки, хурма, апельсины,мандарины, гранаты, иногда был арбуз. На обед и ужин много видов мяса: индейка, курица, говядина, баранина. На завтрак очень много видов сыра. В общем питание отличное.
Номера: тут похуже, мини бар пополнили на 2 день прибывания: пиво, газировка и минеральная вода. В ванной 1 мочалка на 2 человека, зубной пасты и щеток нет. Есть ванна, нет халатов. В целом номер на четверку.
