Great services, connected with the WeChat group before arriving and picking us up at the car park.
Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

Accommodation has a nice view of the xitang river and it is located near the main road where you can take a cab to the train or bus station. but the bed is hard , uncomfortable and not clean. Saw some stains on the mattress and blanket , lucky I only booked it for 1 night.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

TTamuIni pertama kalinya saya di Wuzhen. Setelah banyak pilihan, akhirnya saya memilih PAVILION Duoduo Creekside Boutique B&B (Cabang Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area). Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan West Scenic Area dan East Scenic Area. Kamar-kamarnya luas, terang, dan hangat, serta kamar mandinya bersih, lengkap dengan handuk sekali pakai, handuk mandi, dudukan toilet, dan banyak lagi. Pemiliknya hangat, ramah, sabar, penuh perhatian, dan perhatian, serta memberikan layanan yang luar biasa. Ia menawarkan berbagai rencana perjalanan dan saran, dengan memperhatikan setiap detail. Rasanya benar-benar seperti di rumah sendiri. Jendela menghadap ke sungai, dan sebuah meja kecil terletak tepat di dalamnya. Setiap kali saya lelah setelah seharian bertamasya, saya bisa bersantai dengan secangkir teh, duduk di dekat jendela, dan menikmati pemandangan. Sungguh menenangkan. Fasilitas dan layanan kamar sebanding dengan hotel bintang lima, dan harganya pun luar biasa. Sangat direkomendasikan. Saya mengundang keluarga saya tanpa ragu dan memperpanjang masa tinggal saya untuk beberapa hari lagi.
