This hotel is amazing, especially because of its outstanding supportive staff. When I arrived, I lost and I was stolen my phone at the airport. One of the hotel staff negotiated with airport officials and the police on my behalf. Thanks to their efforts, they were able to find it and retrieve it, and I eventually got it back. I was certain I would never find it, so I was deeply impressed by his sense of justice and willingness to help.

I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

Stafnya ramah, fasilitasnya bersih, dan saya sangat menyukai rooftop dan pe***dangannya. Namun, ketika saya memberi tahu mereka bahwa saya memesan melalui Trip.com saat check-in, mereka mengatakan bahwa mereka tidak menerima reservasi Trip.com dan bahwa mereka tidak memiliki tempat tidur untuk saya. Saya menjelaskan situasi saya kepada agen melalui telepon, dan mereka berbicara dengan agen tersebut dan menjelaskan bahwa saya telah memesan melalui agen perjalanan bernama *******, bukan Trip.com. Ini memungkinkan saya untuk check-in. Saya berterima kasih kepada agen tersebut karena telah menyelamatkan saya dari situasi yang sulit.

I had such a great stay at this hostel! people here are super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The food is really tasty, and the place is kept clean and hygienic, which is always a big plus. I stayed in the female dorm, and the beds were fresh and comfy. They also have a dedicated hangout space where you can play pool or just chill and chat with friends. also, it’s just a 3-4 minute walk to the metro station, so getting around is really easy. highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, convenient spot to stay!

Hotel is very dirty.. Has dust on floor. Location is good staff is friendly
