I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

Saya suka kamarnya luas, gedung berikutnya adalah boba trade center - dept store 6 lantai dan penuh dengan toko di mana Anda dapat berbelanja dalam jumlah besar atau eceran dengan harga menarik dan memilih varian produk. Di depan hotel terdapat pasar lokal boba, saya membeli buah segar potong di sini, setiap hari 20 buah mangga 😍😍😍😍, 50 buah kelapa segar, jus delima untuk 60 buah mandi, Anda akan berbaur dengan makanan lokal di sini dan menikmati manfaatnya yang super murah dan rasanya enak !!

Nilai plus 😍😍 1. Lokasi! Dekat Stasiun Southern Cross & cukup murah. Perlu diingat, hostel ini mungkin kurang cocok untuk Anda penyandang disabilitas atau bepergian dengan barang bawaan yang berat. Mereka tidak memiliki lift. 2. Sarapan sederhana gratis dari jam 8 pagi sampai 11 pagi. Juga susu, kopi, dan teh gratis sepanjang hari. Yang saya kurang suka 😡😡 : 1. Waktu manajemen layanan kebersihannya! Mereka tidak bisa memilih waktu yang lebih baik untuk membersihkan kamar mandi. Mereka mulai sekitar jam 9 pagi dan sampai jam 10 pagi belum selesai. Namun, tamu harus menggunakan kamar mandi sebelum check-out. Dan hanya ada 2 kamar mandi di 1 lantai. 2. Sistem check-in dan kunci pintu online mereka menggunakan aplikasi pihak ketiga bernama GoKi. Mungkin lebih nyaman bagi sebagian orang untuk membuka pintu menggunakan aplikasi bluetooth di ponsel. Tapi saya kurang suka memasang aplikasi yang hanya akan saya gunakan sekali saja. 3. Mereka seharusnya memikirkan desain kamar mandi mereka dengan lebih baik. Tidak ada gantungan dinding di dalam bilik, jadi sebaiknya Anda tidak membawa terlalu banyak barang ke kamar mandi

The location ist amazing. The kitchen is nice and big with several airfryers as well. Unfortunately there was not enough cutlery and other tools you might need for cooking. I was in a 10 bed dorm. The room was nice and spacious and the beds have thick curtains. The downside was the bathroom. I stayed for 7 nights and the bathroom was maybe cleaned twice. So it wasn't a really good experience to use it. There were also no additional bathrooms on any upper level. One bathroom is simply not enough for ten people. To summarize I expected better bathroom cleanliness and more bathrooms also on the upper levels. And also the early kitchen closure at 10pm was pretty annoying.

Overall happy with accommodation. The beds were super comfortable and room was clean. The shower was probably the best I have ever had in any motel room I have stayed at. Water pressure was great and shower head was super high so nobody would be unable to fit under water spray (in my room at least, not sure about other rooms) Outside the paths were in need of a sweep and could have been a bit tidier down our end of the accommodation area. The fan and window in bathroom both were in need of a good clean but other than that room was clean and I was happy for the price.

Tempat di sebelah sisi laut sebenarnya lokasi yang bagus, tetapi daerahnya bukan yang terbaik, mungkin menjadi menyeramkan di malam hari, fasilitas mandi perlu ditingkatkan, wifi bagus dan berfungsi, saya tidak akan mengulangi tempat ini kecuali saya harus, tetapi bukan tempat yang buruk sama sekali, orang-orang baik dan orang-orang yang membantu itu hanya untuk saya

From the outside, this motel looks especially dingy and neglected, but the rooms aren't bad. It's perfectly clean and has all the features you'd expect of an ordinary motel in any Australian town. Perfectly adequate, and appropriately priced.
