NOTE FOR NON-CHINESE: I was able to stay here in the end, but the process was complicated. At check in, guests should scan a QR code and fill in a form that completes the registration process with the local police station. As at December 2023, there was no field for non-Chinese ID. The check in staff told me it wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got a phone call from the police telling me registration wasn't complete. Finally, the check in staff and police had to talk twice on the phone, and the police eventually completed the process on their end. I am still not sure whether this was simply an issie with my registration, or if all non-Chinese guests would face the same situation. The hotel itself is basic but fine: quiet, next to a pretty riverside, about a ten-minute walk from the main pedestrian street.

Tanggapan dari Properti: Dear guest, thank you very much for staying in our apartment.Outside our apartment gate is the beautiful Qijiang River.Our apartment is also very close to the most famous pedestrian street in Zhongshan.The situation you mentioned about scanning QR codes when checking in is required for all guests, both Chinese and foreigners.According to the tourism management regulations of the Public Security Bureau, all guests staying in the apartment must register their ID information by scanning QR codes.There was a mistake in the information you filled in, so the local police called the front desk of the apartment to inform you of the correct entry method.This regulation is not only for foreigners, but also for all guests.Welcome to stay in our apartment again. In the future, we will be more proficient in the registration procedures and the check-in time will be faster.

Don’t expect much from this hotel. They offer late check out if you give a 5 star review. We found a cockroach crawling on our blanket when we put our kid in bed. There’s no air con in the lift and corridor. Ventilation was bad there without air con.

酒店附近沒有便利店，只可以用**叫外賣，酒店的停車場與酒店有點距離，是在斜對面的籃球場空地泊車，雖然是免費，但是如果拿着重的行李東西，就要走一段路才到酒店，這點不太好。打掃阿姨友善親切，幫忙多拿枕頭及被鋪，這個要讚賞。床褥舒適，很大。

酒店位置很好找，導航直接到酒店門口，還可以免費停車。前台的服務態度也很好，都非常耐心的解答了，房間衞生做的都很乾凈，入住放心，客房服務也是非常快速滿足我的需求。而且價格實惠，離商場也很近，是出行很好的選擇！
