The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful, close to the bus and train, very quiet area, my room had a view of the football pitch, it was nice watching them play, location was perfect for me cos I came for a concert and the venue was just a walking distance but there were no restaurants or shops around, you have to take a train to d next stop to get food because the restaurant in the hotel closes in the evening. I was charged a €100 euros and was told it would refunded on check out, it’s been 7 days since I checked out, I still have not gotten my refund yet, I still had to send an email…. Still waiting on the refund.

The receptionist is very kind and let me check in early. The staff is generally helpful and attentive. The room is little bit small and rest is great.

Very mixed reviews of this establishment. Booked a week in advance on Trip.com for the night of January 31st to February 1st, 2025. At check-in, I explained that my credit card limit had been reached and that the €50 deposit would be difficult to collect. The confirmation email from Trip.com stated that this deposit could be paid in cash or by credit card. However, the receptionists refused to accept the cash deposit and demanded a credit card, despite the email I showed them stating this information from Trip.com. They explained that they wouldn't give me the room keys until they had a credit card to take the deposit. I was about to leave (without a refund for the room, I presume?) when my friend arrived and agreed to give her card for the deposit. This lack of flexibility shocked me. A manager, hearing that the tension was rising, partially made up for it 30 seconds later by apologizing and upgrading us (with a nicer view). We were immediately told that the restaurant was closed all weekend, which upset us because we had chosen this establishment partly for the restaurant's good reviews and especially the room service (my friend has a health issue and has difficulty getting around). I explained that on Google Maps the restaurant was listed as open 24/7, but was told that the restaurant's closure information was posted on the hotel's website. It's true that Maps is rarely used or consulted, so outdated information doesn't have much impact... In short, if you add in the underperforming heating (blowing cold even in heating mode), rather lukewarm domestic hot water, and a summer duvet for sleeping in winter (without a blanket in the wardrobe, of course), you'll understand that our stay at this hotel wasn't fantastic and that we don't recommend it, despite the goodwill of one of the managers and the night porter.

This is a hotel where you can watch football games in your room. It's not a TV broadcast, but the hotel is directly facing a very large football field. If you are interested, you can play on the field yourself.
