Ulasan Huangguoshu Qishouju

The hotel is located within the scenic waterfall。there is a side entrance that gets you into the big waterfall attraction. However non china national have to purchase the attraction at the ticket booth , we cannot book online as it is meant for china citizens only. Buy the ticket first n go back to hotel to go to the big water attractions first through the side entrance .We had booked 2 rooms for 74 sgd and a single (supposedly) better room for 94sgd . The 2 rooms was nice as its same floor as the reception ( no stairs to climb) with balcony facing the attraction with some greenery. unfortunately ,the more expensive room was located 2 floors down n a walk away from reception. Sadly the windows faced a concrete structure with no view at all. The rooms are bad for elderly as there is many steps. Request earlier from hotel staff if there is elderly . There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Huangguoshu Qishouju very much while visiting Huangguoshu scenic area. We could see the famous waterfall from the hotel's viewing platform, especially during the nighttime show. It was easy to walk to the waterfall early in the morning when there were very few people around.

Nearby main waterfall attractions, the hotel offers special entry and exit to the attraction area, so we don't have to queue, especially as we came during school holidays

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

Book a room that is garden view. The room is big with one queen and one single bed. It comes with a balcony and overlook a small garden. The hotel is located in the waterfall scenic area hence is quite cooling, aircon was not on at all. Do take note to contact the hotel in advance regarding booking of the park ticket and also the actual driving directions to the hotel as it is located inside the scenic area.

Very good service and it's a premium location for getting to the falls. It's got direct access into the park so it saves a lot of time waiting in line

not as convenient as I thought it would be. walkway to Huanguoshu is for VIP only, other wise you have to walk outside. Getting there by taxi, we had to stop at front gate, unload luggage and wait for hotel car, reload luggage to get to hotel and unload again. Staff is very, very nice and helpful though. Room is ok, but bed not that comfortable.

The hotel's biggest selling point is that it is located in the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, with a VIP channel exclusively for hotel guests. There is no need to queue up to enter, and you can be the first to enter the waterfall area at 7 a.m. to avoid the crowds during peak hours. It is extremely convenient! We stayed for two consecutive nights and entered the park around 4 p.m. on the first day. After 5 p.m., there were fewer visitors. There was no need to queue up at the Water Curtain Cave or wait to take pictures. It was great! On the second day, after visiting Doupotang and Tianxing Bridge, we still had time, so we used the VIP channel to enter the waterfall area. We entered the park at 7am on the third day and enjoyed the almost deserted environment. It was so relaxing to watch the big waterfall at sunrise! We returned to the hotel at around 8am and had breakfast before checking out. It was so convenient! The hotel has a beautiful environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, good supporting facilities, and a special car to take you directly to the station. It is very cost-effective. It's just that after taking a shower, there is a puddle of water on the floor outside, which needs to be mopped up by the waiter. This aspect needs to be improved. In addition, the VIP channel closes at 6:30pm, which is too early. It would be better if it could be extended to 7pm.

The most cost-effective hotel in the scenic area. The entrance to the park can save 1 hour of travel. The Grand Waterfall Scenic Area can be reached in 5 minutes. After breakfast at 7 o'clock, the fast track will be used to enter the park immediately. The Water Curtain Cave is reserved. After an hour and a half, the large group came and we could leave. Turn left from the hotel and it will take about 8 minutes to reach the scenic area shuttle bus. You can transfer here to Tianxing Bridge and Tupotang. I tried to walk from the Grand Waterfall exit to the shuttle bus station, which is super far. It is recommended to exit from the hotel fast track, which feels closer. The dining area for dinner in the scenic area is the breakfast place. You can order home-cooked dishes. It seems to close at 20 o'clock. There are no other restaurants nearby. There are dining spots at the fast track exit, but the channel is closed at 18:30. The Grand Waterfall elevator must be bought!

The hotel is near the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic spot, with a fast entrance, which is very convenient. The pool in the room on the night of check-in was not draining well, so the hotel changed it to a suite for us, which was great! There is a special car to pick up and drop off when checking in and out. I had to go to the health center for an injection the next day, and the hotel arranged a driver to pick me up, which was very considerate. A very good stay experience!

I was a little worried because there were quite a lot of negative reviews in the comments before, but I was really surprised after I came! Although it is a four-star hotel, it is completely worthy of five stars except for the lack of swimming pool and gym! The room is large and the fast access is very convenient!
