Kamarnya bersih, tetapi ada pekerjaan pemeliharaan di luar ⚠️ Sangat bising. Restoran terus beroperasi hingga pukul 8 pagi, yang memengaruhi istirahat. Selain itu, ada pelayan pria yang mengenakan anting-anting besar saat sarapan dan bersikap tidak ramah. Dia mungkin bersikap diskriminatif terhadap orang Tionghoa!

Hotel yang bagus dengan lokasi yang bagus, saya pasti akan kembali lagi.

Kamar yang saya pesan lebih mahal, jadi bagus. Karena kamar dengan pemandangan Matterhorn, saya tidak perlu keluar jalan untuk melihat matahari terbit. Matterhorn bisa dilihat dari teras lebih besar dari yang diharapkan dan memiliki semua fasilitas Sangat lengkap.

Lokasi yang bagus . Hotel memberi kami pemandangan balkon yang bagus. Sarapannya enak. Saya akan kembali lagi.

超出預期！我們因為是一家三口，訂的是山景套房，是頂樓的套間，一個沙發展開的雙人床，加上原來的雙人床，其實可以睡四個人了！而且還有可直接看到馬特洪峯的陽台，而且還有個舒適的鞦韆椅，也可以看到小鎮全景，很贊啊！雖然傢俱並不是那麼嶄新的現代風格，也沒有空調，但全zermatt小鎮上應該都是如此。住得非常舒適！ 價格也不貴，比起前面幾個城市的高價格（可能是因為剛好碰上了2025女足歐洲盃，大城市的酒店都不便宜）感覺太值了！酒店位置離火車站400米吧，其實也就是慢慢步行不到十分鐘的路程。對了，前台也非常友好，各種細節都考慮到了，我的蹩腳英文完全好溝通:） Beyond expectations! Since we are a family of three, we booked a mountain-view suite on the top floor. There is a double bed that can be unfolded from a sofa, plus the original double bed, so it can actually accommodate four people! Moreover, there is a balcony with a direct view of the Matterhorn, and a comfortable swing chair where you can also see the panoramic view of the town. It's really great! Although the furniture is not in a brand-new modern style and there is no air conditioning, this should be the case throughout Zermatt town. The stay was very comfortable! The price is not expensive either. Compared with the high prices in the previous cities （maybe because it coincided with the 2025 Women's European Football Championship, and the hotels in big cities were not cheap）, it feels really worthwhile! The hotel is about 400 meters away from the train station, which is actually a slow walk of less than ten minutes. By the way, the front desk staff were very friendly and considerate in all aspects, and my poor English didn't hinder communication at all. :）

從火車站步行7-8分鐘到酒店，經過一座橋正好能看到馬特洪峯，酒店也很漂亮，房間帶陽台，能看到街景小火車經過，可惜我們是晚上9點多入住的，第二天離店，沒有享受太多。早餐不錯，前台很nice

必住山景套房！！房間超驚豔，推薦給想看馬特洪峰日出的朋友。照片為飯店內看出去的景色，超驚豔超漂亮。離火車站、登山纜車、景觀列車都很近！

房間乾淨整潔，陽台風景一流👍👍，酒店設施比較居家化，房間很大，但是很🈳，非常環保♻️……早餐品種不多，但是食材選擇的質量都不錯。酒店的地理位置優越，離火車站很近，去觀景台也不遠，去主街，網紅餐廳🍴都很近，推薦。

房間乾淨，温暖舒適，熱水浴缸出水量大温度好。酒店不遠就是公交車站，扛板子走過去不太累。超西的房間能直接看到清晨的馬特洪峯日照金山，朝東的能看到小鎮東部景色。早餐品種不多但是挺中規中矩，自帶了杏仁霜用咖啡機泡茶的水能沖開，房間內是沒有熱水壺和一次性牙具的需要自帶。

前台很熱情，半夜也有人在，早餐很好，陽台上景觀不錯，天氣好的時候看出去很漂亮 瑞士啥都貴，跟價格比起來房間中規中矩
