We really enjoyed our stay at The Firefly. When we arrived, we were greeted at the train station by staff and taken to the hotel by electric shuttle. The checkin was easy and very informative. Went to our room which had three bedrooms. Great view of the Matterhorn from one room. Decorated perfectly. Breakfast was delivered to us in our room at a time we selected. They let us use backpacks for hiking. The jacuzzi was covered and had a great seating arrangement. Had multiple sauna rooms as well. The bar was nice and bartenders were very friendly and great at making cocktails. Rooms don’t have AC but it was cool Enough at night. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

A top-notch gym, an outdoor hot tub, and a lovely pool offer perfect relaxation options. Plus, there's a nice bar for unwinding in the evenings. The location is unbeatable for ski lovers, complemented by exceptional staff and those little luxuries that make a stay special. Hotel Firefly offers an experience that's well worth it for those seeking a memorable ski holiday in Zermatt.
