非常有特色的酒店，木屋裝飾很温馨，早餐不錯，在陽台上可以看雪山。酒店有去火車站的送電瓶車，可以把人和行李拉去酒店，提前聯繫預約即可。下次來采爾馬特還值得入住。

My wife and I along with our friends spent six nights at the Hotel Julen and had an amazing stay. The hotel is decorated with a classic Swiss feel. Rooms were well appointed and updated. Staff could not have been. Iced and very friendly. The food was amazing and I highly recommend the half board: five course dinners were different every night. Best hotel to stay at in Zermatt. Great location.

Where is your favorite place to go skiing? We ski between two and three times a year and have fallen in love with Zermatt. We have stayed at several different hotels in Zermatt, both on the mountain and in the city. One of our favorite places is this amazing hotel in the city center @traditionjulen This breathtaking penthouse deluxe suite with Matterhorn view is just one of a kind (room 501). In the city center of Zermatt you find the lovely hotel Tradition Julen Alpenhof with wellness and spa area, rooms with alpine charm ambience, cozy bar, amazing food, sweet staff and only 50 steps from the cable car.

Traveled back to Zermatt, and to Hotel Julen to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The Hotel was as charming in 2024 as it was in 1989! The room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and the front desk was extremely helpful as my husband got injured on the slopes and we needed special accommodations during our stay. We did the half board and the meals were outstanding. Breakfast included hot and cold items, and dinners had incredible choices. We never doubted our decision to stay in the hotel for dinners . We also enjoyed the spa - sauna and steam rooms were large and the pool was also great.

The Tradition Julen Hotel is very centrally located and impresses with its stylish renovation. The cuisine is excellent, the staff extremely attentive and courteous. The Matterhorn Suite is sensational and cozy, offers plenty of space and impresses with its spruce paneling. The unobstructed view of the "Hora" makes the stay extra special.

Wonderful hotel located perfectly in the center of town. We stayed 5 nights and had an excellent visit. From check-in to check-out service was exceptional. As was our room. Big shout out to Michelle (Bar) and Alisa (Reception) for their helpful local knowledge. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this friendly welcoming hotel. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the hotel facilities are excellent. The lounge/bar is great especially the complementary afternoon tea! Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Both restaurants are good and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

This was one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at, even though the room might feel small to some people. Firstly the view from our small balcony straight up at the Matterhorn was simply awesome. Not all rooms will offer this view so pay the extra if you want it. The facilities in this Hotel were second to none- spa, lovely indoor pool, gym, bidet, free wi fi etc. The breakfast set up was the best ever with Fresh made juice, choice of fresh baked breads and cooked eggs just to mention a few aspects. It was far enough away from the busy Main Street but only a short walk to the shops. We found the. I guys to be nice and quiet and even though we were not used to the split double bed setup we slept well enough each night. I could not rate this place any higher - loved it!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, well appointed, and impeccably clean. The breakfast and hotel restaurants are exceptionally good. The spas, both onsite and at the sister property, are wonderful and family friendly. The staff at all points during our stay was helpful, warm, and so kind. I am already plotting when we might be able to return. And I would recommend Tradition Julen to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zermatt—especially if traveling multigenerationally. Our family room for three was ideal, and my parents adored their Matterhorn view room. Thank you, thank you!
