U can see Matterhorn in the hotel. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is fine and it will be good if larger variety of food can be provided

This hotel offers a decent location, although it requires a bit of a walk from Zermatt train station. However, the reward is a beautiful Matterhorn view from the hotel room, which is a delightful feature. The breakfast was typical of Swiss hotels, but the real highlight was the impressive range of facilities, including an open-air jacuzzi, gym, sauna room, and indoor swimming pool, providing guests with various options for relaxation and recreation. As for the room itself, it met our expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with some great amenities.

Free full-day spa and hot springs, the staff are very friendly. The room is large, with a sofa and a terrace with mountain views (it seems that if you book a room with mountain views, you will have a view of the Matterhorn, otherwise it is an ordinary mountain view).

It was a relatively temporary itinerary, but the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from the train station (you need to notify the arrival in advance), it takes about 2-3 minutes (only 7-10 minutes to walk), the location is really great. The balcony of the room is also incredibly beautiful, and you can see the mountain view when you open the window. The room is large and the configuration in the room is also very good (remember to get your toothbrush from the front desk). There is also a spa, sauna, etc. downstairs, as well as a restaurant. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good! The staff are very welcoming and patient. Highly recommended! High cost performance

 The location is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes from the station to the hotel. The hotel has been decorated in the traditional European log cabin style. Very Christmassy. The hotel staff are attentive, friendly and considerate. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy, with a mountain view. Especially recommend their outdoor spa.

Facilities: Full of design ~ Breakfast is also rich! Environment: The swimming pool and open-air spa are so comfortable~~ Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and upgraded to a room with a balcony on the top floor. You can see the Matterhorn in the morning in the room! It's beautiful! You can be sent to the station when you check out👍

The hotel is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the town and 10 minutes walk from the station. When you arrive at the station, you can call the hotel to arrange a free pick-up. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool and an outdoor sauna, which is very suitable for vacation travel. The courtyard room on the first floor should have been recently renovated. It is very new and has its own small courtyard. You can see the scenery at the foot of the mountain and the village. A highly recommended hotel, but the hotel front desk is a bit cold, but overall it is still a good choice

It is within a ten-minute walk from the train station. There is no hilly road, so it is very convenient to push a large luggage. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the streets of the town and the gornergrate train station. There is also a bus to the cable car station to Matterhorn glacier paradise nearby. The hotel is very clean and warm, and the swimming pool and sauna inside are small and beautiful. The most recommended is the pub restaurant dude in the hotel. There is a waitress who is very warm and welcoming when there are so many group tourists. She also serves the food as early as possible. When the portion is large and I want to cancel other meals, she also responds very emotionally and meets the needs, which is impressive.
