Always a good time staying here! Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Room is huge and clean. We had issues with the a/c in our first room and had to pay to upgrade to another room. Would have hoped that it was free since it was a technical fault on their end but its okay! Definitely my go-to place to stay in Canggu

Tepa was a lovely place to stay with welcoming hosts and a great service.

This hotel ever morning is super noisy ，I was woken up by those noise form the alley beside my room almost every day.and the smells from the alley is terrible. Outdated facilities，dirty towels. just really a bad experience.

It is overall a reasonable stay. Close to restaurants. Canggu is laid back compared to Kuta , Semayak. Breakfast is not great . Management has to work on it

Great location to hotspots, I walked out from the hotel. Only gripe was that roads aren’t paved and it can be a little dangerous walking on the road where traffic is heavy and there’s some blind spots because of the shape of the road. Room was dated but clean. I stayed in 239, there were stains on the bathroom floor and the shower head was worn. Staff were really lovely too!

I really liked the hotel, it's clean, beautiful, brand new. Canggu itself is very unique, not my location, strange architecture of the city. Kuta is still better. The advantages of the hotel: delicious breakfasts, were there for 4 days, always chose something new. Nice and attentive staff. Once I hung out at the pool, also very beautiful and clean, they bring drinks. The air conditioner in the room saved from the stuffiness. The room is spacious with high ceilings. WI-FI worked well, without any delays. The pressure in the shower is just fire, water for every taste, from boiling water to cool)) in the room there is a refrigerator, safe, tea set.

I extended my stay. The staff were lovely and the restaurant had a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great, so you can walk to several cafes. The beach is also a short bike ride away.

Overall, the hotel is ok! Everything is nearby. The staff is beyond praise, very sincere, caring. Breakfasts are not big, but delicious. In the room, one thing or another did not work. But the staff came and fixed everything, it is not clear why it is not possible to tidy up everything in the room before check-in. Every day, in addition to cleaning, they came into the room to turn on the backlight on the balcony, not very pleasant, the feeling of the presence of the staff somehow remains. But overall, an excellent option. I did not try the pool.
