I did appreciate the very safe underground on-site parking. The reception and check in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The wall was a bit thin because I could hear the person next to my room was having conversation but once I turned on the TV it was fine. The bed was comfortable and large. It was a 2 bed room. The sink and washer were great. The water pressure was excellent. Towels were great. It is a basic type hotel but I just needed something to sleep in for 1 night and get back to work. I would stay here again. I give it a 3.8 star rating.

Great Hotel at a very competitive price in comparison to other places in the area. The furniture and decor is a bit dated but that's to be expected at this price point. It's very clean and the staff is awesome. It's definitely a place to take your family. It's walking distance from a huge shopping mall with dinning all around so that's very convenient in such a big city...it's located near 2 main transit arteries so getting around in a car is easy.

Check in was easy and despite being located on a very busy street, the hotel inside is surprisingly very quiet. Beds are a little hard but we all slept great. For the price and a quick night of rest on a longer journey, we’d stay here again.

We booked this stay based on proximity to where we needed to be as well as convenience to Galerias mall for easy dinner options. Based on ratings from other guests I thought the place would be nicer. It was just ok. The front desk staff was not friendly. Acted like we were inconveniencing her to check in. The bellhop was very friendly and nice. No complaints there. No food was included - not entirely unexpected, but based on other reviews, it wasn't clear if a continental breakfast might be offered. It is not. Only the restaurant which opens at 7am. When we arrived at check in around 7:00pm, the restaurant was already closed, so I'm not sure what their closing time is. We ate at the mall instead. The gym is extremely small and very, very basic. The website pictures didn't show much so that should've tipped me off. Now I know better. That was a disappoin**ent. Our room wasn't dirty per se, but there was hair around the sink (already there at check in) and a random rubber band on the floor by the bed. Bed and pillows weren't especially comfortable, but at least the beds are queen size. All in all, not horrible, but definitely not worth the price we paid. Would not stay here again.

Overal my experience @ this hotel it was ok. service, cleanliness, and comfort. I'm a Netflix fan and was disappointing to know that the television set it's not compatible to stream Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube. Internet connection very weak, Staff very polite and always ready to go the extra mile to please customers, I ask Martin to take my clothes to laundry and have them wash and fold for my and it was ready same day, Overal customer service deserves a 5 star, Angelica doing our room always wih hig level of courtesy, Carlos in the restaurant always very polite, Cipriano always ready to help in anyway he can, he is the handyman of the hotel very polite always , Natalie in the front desk, Overal customer service it's Amazing, hotel needs to extend the restaurant service with more hours, The location it's unbeatable, Plaza galerias 2 bloks away, plaza del sol 5 minute drive same as the expo area Airport only 30 minutes away.
